Really liked my haircut they were so friendly but also super stoked that they took me in last minute before the holiday weekend. Def going to go back and Fabian was my barber.

This place should have 10 stars. Went in after a failed haircut somewhere else and the young guy (sorry I didn’t catch your name) fixed me up. He made some suggestions I never thought of, which I decided to go with; and I left with a better cut than I ever get. Seriously go here, the barbers cut all types of hair. In my case, wavy blonde hair, which is usually tough to find someone in San Diego used to it.

Castro Barbershop is the spot! Walk-ins are welcome, but I’d recommend making an appointment to lock in your time. The crew here is super chill, polite, and professional—they know how to keep things running smoothly. Plus, they keep the vibes right with good music while you’re in the chair. Definitely my go-to for a fresh cut!

Best barbershop in LA! They really take the time and pay attention to the small details for a clean cut finished with a straight razor.

Been coming here for about a year now. Place is clean, friendly, and loaded with good vibes. Only street parking is available so plan ahead. I tend to stick with a barber when I find a good one, ask for Emerson. The man is efficient, skilled, and friendly. He takes the time necessary to line me up just right, you’ll appreciate his attention to detail. There’s a coffee shop next door and mini mart as well, so it’s a great spot they got here especially if you’re early or wanna snack/beverage right after.

Great place to get a haircut for a decent price ($35 regular haircut). All the barbers are very friendly, and they all do a fantastic job. While walk-ins are welcome, I always recommend making an appointment via their online sign-up system because I feel like they’re usually pretty booked.

I don’t normally leave feedbacks/comments but it’s My first time coming into this barbershop and man were they welcoming! I would %100 recommended to come to this shop for a great haircut. The price for their cut is worth it. I got a fade for $25, it came out crisp! Great vibes and great people. I definitely got a 50s-60s vibe really awesome environment

I've been here several times and my cut is always consistent. Anyone looking for a fresh clean fade you got to come here ask for Drew because hes a beast. in regards to Eddie and his one star comment I'd have to disagree and say $25 for a more than quality cut is actually a deal. The going prices for nice barber shops are typically 35-40+ but I get it personal preference some people enjoy a $15 fast cut.
