Latonya is the BEST! She took her time explaining what I wanted to do and met every need shampooed and dried the haircut was one of the best I've ever had in my 45 years on this planet! Great conversationalist a woman of God! A fantastic hair cutting experience

I have been a regular at this shop for almost 2 years now, never missed a payment, when prices went up I didn’t complain, I went to the teller to get the extra, and on top of that I pay my barber $5 over as a tip every time I came in. I missed one appointment in the 2 years that I’ve been coming here and when I made an appointment that I later knew I wasn’t going to make due to the fact that I got very sick, I called ahead of time ,tried rescheduling for next week, but since I missed that one appointment a while back unfortunately I was told all I can do is a walk in and can’t make an appointment. It’s disappointing this happened but I can’t support a business if I can’t make an appointment at a barbershop when I’ve been loyal for this long.

Was in need of a new barber for the kids. My guy Jeloni did a solid job and makes it easy to schedule an appointment. The shop is clean and parking is never an issue.

This place is rude to people in general. If you feel that I'm black and will do something to you why would you even open the door to say anything. Talk through the door or not answer at all. Then have your sister and friend attack me over a personal phone call I was having was insane. I will never come back and will report to BBB. Went to a shop near you and got way better service. Was respected and given a drink. It's sad that we can't support our own community because they feel they are too good and don't have to respect ppl.

It’s unfortunate that your experience at our shop was disappointing to you. Please know that The Next Level Barber Studio prides itself on providing next level service. We welcome walk-in clients. However, the majority of our clients schedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in having to wait for a barber to service you. Our operators’ safety is paramount. You arrived when there were no barbers on site. We are also a Black owned shop. We hold both our operators and our clients to high standards. Cursing and indignant behavior is not allowed. Your behavior towards our operators was terrible.

If your not a regular client do not waste your time. They say they offer walk-in service, not really!! They don't even acknowledge you or keep you posted on who can assist you next! Racing each other in the parking lot seems to be more important than gaining a new client. Next level to where? Cx service isn't the best. So what level should we expect 🤔

My first time taking my son here to get his hair cut. The people are really great and thanks to Aaron my 4 year olds cut came out so fresh👍🏼 plus my son can be a bit jittery but this young man had all the patients in the world for it to be a EARLY MORNING pop up session 🤣 (well at least his professional side pretend to). 😂🤣

I took my boys in here for the first time today for a haircut. We were helped by Q, he did an excellent job. My boys love their fresh haircut and keep looking in the mirror lol. I finally found a good barbershop for my son's.

"The Next Level" Barber Studio is an exceptional facility. A quality, updated, and inviting environment. Conveniently located close to shopping, laundromat, banking, and a restaurant; making it easy to combine trips. Plenty of parking, even some shade if you pick your spot carefully. Once in the Barber Studio, you will find a cordial atmosphere with friendly greetings. The cleanliness of this facility reflects well on the numerous certified barbers working there. By looking at the photos, anyone might get the impression that this shop is geared toward ethnic hair styles only. Keep in mind that I am an old retired Navy white guy. With what little hair I have left, Percy does a great job accommodating my wishes. That brings me to an important point. Although he doesn't mention it much, the owner Percy is a veteran. That alone is sufficient enough for my support. The outstanding service is an added plus. Thanks again Percy...👍🇺🇸

The owner Percy , is an absolute professional at his craft. If you are looking for a great experience check his new shop out called The Next Level Barber Studio. It’s is a nice clean professional environment, that you will have you wondering why you haven’t been coming here from day one. The cut quality is unmatched, Percy and his expirenced staff will get you right the first time. A very pleasant experience! I will be back.
