Absolutely horrible... I asked for a simple fade and nothing cut from the top because my hair is already short I even showed a picture of how I wanted it. NOT ONLY did the guy NOT give me a fade he trimmed the top and at the point I didn't say anything because he had cut all of the sudden and might as well go through with it and not have a patch of hair missing. The "FADE" looks more like oil and water in a bottle there's blending at all and I say all this to the barber and he proceeds to tell me it's fine it's just a corner AND CUTS MORE. Messed up the back of my head as well. I told the lady who was charging me that I wasn't paying thank God they did one thing right and not charge me for giving me a wrong cut that was messed up anyways. IF YOU COME HERE DO NOT LET THE OLDER GENTLEMAN WITH CURLY HAIR.

The 1st lady on the right side is also a barber and great service, she is the best!!!

The people are rude make you wait long as time And there just sitting there doing nothing They won’t take walk ins on Saturday and don’t even have a sign Really bad service Never again

Made an appt, got there and waited for 45 just to find out the barber did not write my name, very disappointed. to waist my time.

They have okay service but need more Barbers who speak English ,Barbers who have more experience cutting female hair. Over the phone I was told appointments aren’t needed they accept walk ins but unfortunately when I came in to get my split ends treated and hair cut it was a natural disaster.I entered the building with 17 in long hair I walked out with 6 in hair?!!!My husband was Absolutely appalled by the job.I asked the woman to cut my split ends off and even out my hair but due to The lack of communication,I walked out with short layered hair 😢Definitely Disappointment took me 2 years to grow my hair out now I have to start all over again!

Poor customer service, you make appointments and they forget or they favor people they know, you show up for your appointment and take someone else at your schedule time. I think I'll go somewhere else as of now ..

i got my cut yesterday, they definitely got me right for the $20. i gotta move to this area to get my fades here and there haha

Very affordable, good selection on barbers. Can get packed; reservation can help but they tend to take care of walk-ins as well.

Very bad customer services. They gave me appointment. I was there only 3 minutes late, and they denied to serve me. Which is not fair. Very bad management and the employees too.
