I had a great experience today! Lauren did an amazing job with my haircut, exactly what I asked for. She was professional, detailed, and really paid attention to the fade. The manager was also super friendly and welcoming. The whole atmosphere was positive and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Ben: Requested a low to mid fade, got a quick high fade. Then after only about 15 minutes into the appt, he said he couldn’t do the beard and rushed me out to take the next customer.

I chose this barbershop because it looked clean and seemed like a good place to take my kids. Unfortunately, I was wrong. If you need a child to move their head or turn for a better angle, please ask the child if that doesn't work ask the parent, don’t just cut and hope it turns out okay. It won’t! Communication is key, and as a parent, I would much rather assist than have the haircut done at an awkward angle. My son was calm, sitting still, and waiting patiently. He wasn’t moving, screaming, or causing any disruption. There was absolutely no reason for his haircut to be mishandled. This experience was disappointing. I expected professionalism. To be fair, the barber did a good job interacting with him, but the lining around the ears is where things went wrong. I just wish I had noticed before leaving and tipping 25%. Lesson learned! There’s no need to share the barber’s name, I’m sure they don’t cut a lot of kids’ hair, and I don’t want one mistake to ruin someone’s reputation. I understand this was a mistake. My suggestion is simple: communicate with parents during the haircut. A quick “Can you help me position his head?” would have made all the difference.

I was a few mins late to my appointment and had plans afterwards. Ben wasn’t fazed, he finished one of the best cuts I had in 20 mins. He did such a great job I keep coming back.

I had Ben and he was awesome. He cut my hair in a timely fashion. I could tell he he was focused and precise. He gave me exactly what I wanted based off a photo of a hairstyle. The rest of the staff there was very nice, they were booked with reservations in the morning and they pulled some strings to get me in faster than expected. Thank you!

I’ve been a customer since I moved to the area 5 years ago and haven’t changed barbers since. Ben has been my go to and has never disappointed me with his work. A true master of his craft. The entire staff all the way up to the owner are top notch and some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Customer service always delivered as it should be. They’ve always made me feel at home the second I walk in the door. Keep up the great work guys and thank you! 😊

Been going to this location for 4 years. They did my wedding haircut as well! Used to be V’s now its own thing but they kept the good barbers! Ben is my top guy at this place but just about everyone does a great job.

I've been a customer of this barbershop for over seven years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Ben has been my barber for the vast majority of that time, and he is a true professional and artist. His consistency and skill are unmatched. He's seen me through major life events, giving me the perfect cut for my wedding day. He was my trusted barber all through the pandemic, and he's still the only person I trust with my hair today. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. They offer refreshments and make you feel right at home. I'm also thrilled about their recent rebranding and independence from their old franchise name. The new name feels much more tailored to the Laguna Hills community. The fresh paint and new chairs are fantastic upgrades that have really elevated the space. Finally, the booking process is seamless. They use the Square GO app, which makes scheduling an appointment with your favorite barber incredibly easy and convenient. It even syncs right to your calendar. I'm looking forward to many more years of great haircuts here!

Don’t get your facial hair done here. I was mistaken in trusting Joe with my mustache. He carelessly buzzed off large portions of it with out even thinking to ask or double check with me. I clearly asked for a small touch up and to not take away from the volume. This guy also didn’t really clean me up, leaving patches near the corner my lips show he really didn’t know or care for what he was doing. I also did get a face shave and a hair cut and it was all just bad. First of all, Joe was unsociable and cold from the begging, he took absolutely forever to give me a high skin fade that honestly was not faded at all and was not down to the skin. And the face shave was with a normal Gillette style hand held razor not a straight blade, which I could have done myself. By the time the hot towel came I was already disillusioned with the whole experience, but I was never asked how things were going anyways. The price is ridiculous too but partially my fault for leaving a 20% tip 🤦🏻‍♂️
