Been coming to this place for awhile now, and never been disappointed once. Eric gets down! Ask for him. Takes his time and does it right. I used to go to the El Monte location when I was a kid, but I now I work in la puente. So this location is convenient and Eric does a fantastic job. Can’t see myself going anywhere else.

Yeah, just like the rest of the barbershops, they don't open when they see they're open. 9:30am on a Monday and they're closed

My new favorite Barber Shop haven't had a hair cut in about a year and had a great experience coming in and getting my hair cut very nice people 10/10 highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻

if i could do 0 stars, i would.I called for an app and they said come in at this time and i agree, & immediately get told to come in an hour and a half later. ok cool, maybe its just my luck. i show up, walk in, no one greets me or asks who im there to see. i was 5 min early , and when older lady finished with her last client and told another if he was ready, that's when i was asked who i was there to see. i told them i had an app with her at 1130, it was now 1140 and she was starting someone elses cut. "big boy" said to just wait for her. i asked if anyone else could cut my hair when there was another barber right next to him doing nothing and he said no, pretended to leave the shop only to walk in and help a customer 5 min later.Over all a horrible experience here i wouldn't recommend this place for anyone they suck!

My first visit and it will not be my last. Valentina had to fix my prior cut from another barber shop. Valentina is super friendly and definitely knows her trade!

I've been coming to this barbershop since I was a teen. Staff are always friendly and dedicate time and care to every haircut. I'm so glad I get to bring my son here now.

My husband has came here since he was a child (he's now 32) & we started bringin our son since he was 1 (he's now 4) I won't take him anywhere else! They're great, friendly and get down on hair cuts! Gets packed sometimes but worth the wait. Either la puente or el monte both have awesome barbers.

On my hour lunch, needed a hair cut, and after seeing the perfect review on here I decided to give this barber a shot. I arrived and was told by the idle barber that it's cash only. I returned less than 5 minutes later and the idle barber was gone, off to lunch. 20 min later, the lady, that had a customer, started my haircut. After the haircut was finished, I went back to work. Then I noticed the lady partially shaved my stubble, leaving an inch gap shaved between my facial hair and my sideburns. I got to work before I noticed, and nothing was able to be done about it. I will never go back. tl:dr, no customer service and left a shaved gap between my facial hair and my sideburns; annoying since I still have a whole day of work left. At least it's fixable when I get home.
