Worst customer service I went Saturday morning to take my nephew to get a hair cut. I parked under barbershop parking only not even 30 seconds later I had a female worker pounding at my door asking me to move and why I was parked in the spot. I responded to her I’m here to get his hair cut. I don’t think she heard me because she said I’m going to call the cops and make them move your car and tow it. Drove off and gave my business to someone else

Large dude took 2 hours to do my hair and I even showed him the haircut I wanted 3 times. Asked that I wanted a size 1 from the back which still has hair but instead got me very bald from the back. Never even gave me questions to make sure what parts of my head I wanted done right. Not worth 30$for a bad haircut.

The guy had bad hygiene. I could smell his breath on my face very nasty finger two he took two hours to do a simple French haircut and he ended up doing doing a haircut his way I showed him the photo plenty of times and he end up cutting my hair the way he thought it looks better and trust me. I hate this haircut doesn’t look like the photo I need a new haircut for my money reimbursed. Trust me you guys need to stop putting a new Barber because he took forever and I’m pissed off because I want my hair to look certain way now I have small bald spots he trimed it way too much. I was nice engoune because the lady that works, there she been nice to me and I didn’t wanna make a scene. 30$ for a haircut that looks terrible these barbers need to learn how to cut a haircut the way the client wants it not the way they think it could look better 😤😒 im pissed off

Guillermo has been my main barber since I started coming to this place. He not only does a great job with the hair cutting but his attentiveness to make the experience a comfortable one is on point.

Came in for the first time, I even asked in the morning if walk-ins are available, came later in the afternoon, spot looks great, but they only have one barber and he would not accept walk ins. Lost a customer who would of gladly do business but the poor communication and lack of workers is disappointing.

Got a hair cut from here a couple months ago back in March when I was down for Rolling Loud, the cut came out great. Was very satisfied with it but I noticed the back of my head around my neck was irritated afterwards so I showered and just shrugged it off as it just being irritated from the haircut. It is now almost July and I am still dealing with this. Looked into it and the barber I had (Santos) gave me barbers rash. I had to order special shampoo to combat this rash like area on the back of my head. If it gets bad enough it can lead to permanent hair loss.

Been here 4 times. First time was the owner which did a great job. Second time wasn't too bad. Third time, barber took over 2 hrs to cut my hair. Been a while since I came back. Today was an even worst experience. Medium fade, 1/4 inch shortened and this is what I got. Never really put bad reviews down...but steer clear!

There's a reason why these guys have such good reviews. I've been cutting my hair here for about a year now and I can't say enough good things about these guys. They're talented, professional and always treat you with a smile on their face. Luis, the owner, always greets me and makes me feel welcome as soon as I walk in. My barber, Angel is amazing. Always goes above and beyond to make sure my cut is just the way I like it. I'm glad I found this place!

Before going to this barbershop, I read the reviews and there were more good than bad experiences. My son is a very picky person with the style he wants for his hair. So if he don't feel the haircut, im to blame for choosing that barber. So I give it a 5 star and blame Luis the barber for a satisfied customer and the start of a great high school year. Thank You!

I'm just blown away with this place service, professionalism and fun/happy energy at the place. This is my experience today- I just move to area and was looking for good barbershop. Found this, place and called to check the closing time. Call was answered in 1 ring and spoke to Luis (owner), and great etiquette on phone. I arrived, and Luis welcomed me with big smile. I had haircut from lady called Graciela or Greece. She is amazing, so professional, no rush-hair cut and spend very good amount of making sure I get great hair cut. She is funny, singing while cutting hair and just pleasant personality. I really enjoyed Greece services and decided that this will be my regular barbershop. All employees were laughing, having fun and just an amazing environment which you don't see in big chain shops. Luis and team are running a great place and awesome culture! See you soon! Nick
