Lady is so rude she said she can do the haircut I wanted . After starting she kept telling me that If I like my barber that why didn’t I go with him I mention that he was super busy. She kept talking trash to about other barbershops that she is the best and what now she was telling me I had attitude just because I asked her if she was able to do a mid fade with a drop before we started so many akward comments horrible horrible experience. She kept saying how even if they don’t do a good haircut they still have to charge . That’s why they charge you first beware stay away

Please don't go. It's way too expensive. $70 for two regular haircuts. They don't have good equipment for that price. I recommend you go somewhere better. Obviously, I didn't leave a tip, because what they charged was already too much. It's best to ask the price first and then decide if it's fair. There are much better places for less. Please don't go!

Absolutely amazing barbershop, the barber is very very friendly and even more so skilled. Her name is Pauline and it’s always a delight getting my haircut and speaking to her. I’ve been referring all my friends and family to this location so if you’re reading this you should definitely stop by!

I love this barbershop, the barber here is named Pauly and she is an absolute delight! She is very skilled can recreate styles from photos and is very attentive to the details especially regarding faded and tapers not to mention she is a joy to talk to as well. Would highly recommend this location for your next haircut!

I should have known when I walked in that this lady had no idea what she was doing. I told her I wanted a low skin fade 2 on top...she was awkward with the equipment and she didn't know how to put the apron on me. I have gotten better haircuts from kids that are 13 with no license. She asked how I wanted my facial hair-i told her shave it off. She asked "no stubble?" Yea...no stubble. When she told me she was done, I had stubble on my face, no skin fade and she told me if I didn't want stubble (using a foil razor) it would be $70. I laughed at her and told her she was ridiculous. She charged me $45 for something I could have done myself. I am so frustrated. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. STAY AWAY

Great haircut every time. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and I'm very satisfied every time. It's hard find to find someone who can give a good skin fade haircut and i come back because she does a great job every time. I would recommend anyone to go.

This place has terrible customer service. As the lady is finishing up the haircut, she’ll tell you about how “earlier that day” she got two clients that didn’t pay her after she did the haircut. In an effort to make you feel bad that she got stiffed so you’ll tip her more. (She told me the same story the last time I went to go get a haircut from her) - I have a suggestion: Have a machine where you can swipe your credit card to pay for the haircut. If cash is such a problem. - this place used to be a very well kept barber shop, clean, friendly, and multiple barbers. Now, it’s a fraction of what it once was. - for anyone going to get a haircut here. Have cash. And expect an average haircut. With poor service.

The stylist I got when coming here seems pretty notorious throughout these reviews. I will echo others: She is plainly rude, and very unprofessional. And maybe deeply misunderstood? I couldn't figure her out, but I was really uncomfortable. The first thing that struck me as odd is that she took my money first (cash only, by the way). It was $30 for a standard haircut. Half-way through my cut she told me it was going to be an additional $10 because of how long my hair was. Hilarious considering she could see how long my hair was anytime during my 45 minute wait in the lobby, or when I was paying, or as I first sat down. It wasn't even that long, I needed two inches off. I argued with her and she acquiesced, but made sure I "knew from now on". Strangely, prior to my haircut a son and father were having theirs done, and she was so incredibly good with the little boy. I was honestly so impressed, she was playful and friendly and accommodating. When they left and I sat in the chair you could feel the atmosphere change and she became so much colder. She cut aggressively, almost begrudgingly. When I mentioned I'd thought she'd done a really good job with the child she cut before me, and her demeanor changed again. It was from then on I got a more favorable vibe, but I don't know... Other highlights: Her complaining about parents wanting to sit with their children during haircuts. Her complaining that nobody understands that "all barbers are cash only" (not true). I asked for a fade and only got a taper in the back. She didn't clean her station between me and the previous customer. Her outright ignoring a customer who walked in while I was in the chair because she "thought she was with me". Resting her hands on my shoulders and back of my neck while she's telling a story (very uncomfortable). There were honestly so many bizarre interactions during this experience that I can't even explain it all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I'm never going back to this place again, it was a total rip off and I felt conned to be honest. So my son and I have been going there since it opened. We didn't go for awhile but decided to stop in to get his hair buzzed off. In the past it was always $15, the prices aren't posted and the woman working didn't mention her prices beforehand. I know I should have asked but I'm human, I forgot. I asked her to do a 3 on top and 2 on the sides. She did it all one length. She charged us $30 to shave his head all at a 2. I told her that it had always been $15 before and she tried telling me that it's 25 and she charged 30 because his hair was long. It was medium length at best. This is a shady, unethical business, there's many barbers in the area. Skip this one, especially if you want a good cut.

Solid haircut at a reasonable price. If you're looking to have a classic haircut along with a nice conversation then I definitely recommend this place! I was scrambling all around trying to find a barber shop on Thanksgiving for a haircut and I called this place very last-minute. The lady who picked up the phone was willing to stay a little longer just to cut my hair. I was iffy about the price but I went anyways; I don't regret coming at all. The lady was kind and respectful, like a traditional Asian woman. If you think otherwise, you're probably softer than a tissue. Anyways, she gave me a great haircut and we had a great conversation while she was cutting it. Regarding the bad reviews given on here, you shouldn't believe them. Half of them aren't even customers and half of them are literally either a "Karen" or a "Ken." This place has great service and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! :)
