What I appreciate most about your people, products, and services is the consistency and professionalism every time I visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure customers leave satisfied. Freddy in particular does an excellent job — he listens, pays attention to detail, and delivers a clean, sharp haircut every time. The overall experience is smooth, from the quality of the products used to the level of service provided. It’s clear that customer care and quality are a priority, and that keeps me coming back.

I had pics I showed the stylist to make sure they got it right. Had a haircut I really liked a few months earlier. A template to work from. Still got a bad haircut. They cut it way too short. Doesn’t look like the pics at all. It will grow back I guess but still. Don’t gamble go to a salon and get it right. Floyd’s is the same level as super cuts.

Alyssa is just amazing. I bounced around to different stylists for years but after finally finding her I haven’t gone to anyone else. She gives a fantastic cut, has great conversation and I always look forward to visiting her.

Have been going to Mason G for about 8 months now. Was referred to him by a friend of mine after my longtime barber retired. I only have great things to say about Mason! He is very professional, friendly, and gives a great haircut. Was unsure about picking up with a new barber after 6+ years with my past one, but I have quickly come to trust Mason fully. Always a pleasure coming in and seeing him. Highly recommend Mason and the Floyd's staff!

Hello everyone, I have to say nowadays it's pretty hard finding a comfortable place to go for a haircut. I moved to Redondo about a year ago and I been around. I found Floyd's 99 on Google and decided to check them out. I had a great first impression, I like the vibe here they approched me rather than me feeling awkward asking questions while they are giving someone a cut. Mason gave me a great cut, even tho I put his skills to the challenge. He understood the assignment, lol. I had agreat experience and for the cost I felt it was totally comfortable.

Floyds 99 Barbershop ,in the beautiful So Cal coastal town of Hermosa Beach,is a cool place with great stylists!They really cater to listening to your styling requests and gettin it done.The staff and the whole atmosphere at Floyd's 99 is really covid health and safety concious,too, making it an even better and more comfortable experience!
