I have been going here little but more than 3 years, had a haircut from I would say more than 10 different barbers and all of them have done an awesome job. They really pay attention to what they are doing and if you ask for any change, they understand and keep asking until you are happy with the result. People saying might be "dirty", dude it's a barber shop, not a clinic. It's not dirty, they are constantly sweeping an I've seen them clean the machines, scissors, etc. I'll keep going back there until I have no hair left to be cut.

Five years ago I went in for a beard line up. Five years later I’m still going in for a fresh cut/ beard line up. Robert and his barbers are the best. Great atmosphere, overall a great place for a quality hair cut. Thank you Robert and to your barbers as well, thank you.

Just took my son to get a haircut there, The young man who cut his hair was very nice and very polite. I wanted a little bit more off the top. My son sits back in the chair another person (adult man, who I am assuming is the manger) said he's already done with the service. I paid $42 and I was not satisfied with what was done. As a paying customer I am not happy with the service that was provided. The young barber was willing to trim it down more, after that comment from the adult man I did not want to stay there anymore. This was my first time there and this will be my last time there. I feel like I was not provided with the full service of what I paid for. $42 is a lot of money for a haircut so I do expect to get what I want or very much close to it. The young man who cut my son's hair you did good. Your customer service was excellent. This is nothing towards you but the person that was speaking I believe was rude and does not have any good customer service. If a customer is not happy with the service, you should try to see what you can do as a business owner/worker to make sure the customer is satisfied. My son was already sitting in the chair when you said the service was already finished so you did turn us away so you did refuse service.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should be warned. I came in with a clear idea of the haircut I wanted — even showed a photo and explained it in detail. The barber nodded as if he understood, but what I got was something completely different: uneven cuts, no fading where it should’ve been, and way too short on the sides. It looked like they didn’t care at all. To make things worse, the attitude in the shop was terrible. No one greeted me when I walked in. The barber barely said a word during the entire cut and seemed annoyed when I asked questions or tried to give feedback. Zero professionalism and no sense of customer service. On top of that, the place didn’t feel clean. The tools didn’t look sanitized, and I didn’t see them wipe anything down between customers. Hair was everywhere, and the overall vibe felt messy and careless. I started to wonder if it was even safe to be there. I left feeling frustrated, ripped off, and embarrassed about the haircut I now had to walk around with. Had to go to a different barber just to fix the damage — and even they were shocked at how badly it was done. Definitely not going back and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I had one of the worst experiences at this barber shop. The haircut was rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. The barber didn’t listen to my instructions and seemed more interested in finishing quickly than doing a good job. The tools didn’t look clean, and the overall hygiene was questionable. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unprofessional — no greetings, no courtesy, just attitude. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot to get a haircut. Fair prices and no need for an appointment. I've had my hair cut there by several different barbers. Each one has done a good job. Granted some are a little more skilled than others when it comes to edge-ups. But hey, I have yet to leave the seat not feeling more self-confident in my appearance. Big shout out to all the gentlemen in that shop.

Great talented barbers, no appointments so first come first serve. Big rush in the morning so come early to snag a spot or the wait can take awhile. Customer service is top notch with every barber so no need to worry about getting a bad haircut.

This place is a beginner barbershop at best. A haircut that began as a simple taper with no alterations to my hair turned into a haircut that resembled nothing like the hairstyle I walked in with. I specifically asked for none of the bulk to be taken off in the back. Just a simple clean up taper. And yet, the barber continued to remove the bulk along with the texture that I had been growing for the past months. And now my hair is flat in the back with no texture at all. Also, the barber I had gave me uneven C cups. If you’re looking for a good barbershop that won’t mess you up, this spot is not for you. If you have room to give them some freestyle with your haircut, then try it out. Otherwise, I’d recommend not coming here.

I've been going to this barbershop for over 10 years. You never know how busy the place is -- they don't take appointments. So the wait times can be long and other times I can walk in and immediately get my hair cut. There is a waiting list to sign in at the front door on a clipboard. I go there every 3 months, they are very cool people, professional, and they take the time to do the job right.

Best place to get your hair cut done , they got long wait, but it worth the wait, I am from chicago we get some hard to get Fads this place got me.. don’t wast ur time with other barber shop , those people hygienic and clean 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 most important the best Barber in Hayward !!!
