I absolutely love this barber shop! I’ve been coming to this establishment for over 7 years. Just yesterday I had to have a haircut for my daughter’s wedding and I happen to have Linh to do my hair. Linh is always been my favorite hairdresser and she recommended to get my hair colored, I normally don’t like coloring my hair, but since she sounded so convincing I agree. Surprisingly enough it turned out absolutely beautiful and I never felt and look so young again. Everyone in the family loved it, specially my daughter and she said you look ten years younger. Linn, thank you so very much for making that day memorable and special!

I heard the haircuts here were good for the price from a friend. Honestly one of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. The lady that cut my hair seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. It was 16$ and honestly there are plenty of better barber shops in the area within that price range.

I have been coming here for 11 years or more. I moved 30 mins away and STILL drive here for haircuts. If you get any kind of fade I flat out guarantee you this is the most affordable and CLEANEST cut you can get in OC. You will NEVER leave here disappointed.

First I thought nothing but during the haircut I changed my mind . First I wanted to overlook it but at the end the haircut was so bad that I had to say something. The intend of my review is to inform other for a bad experience . Listen folk , I am someone who rather takes bad service befor making a scene. But not at this place . This was so unprofessional and bad that I had to say something

I went in really happy to get a haircut and I the old man that works next to Danny I went to get a haircut by the old man that sits next to Danny and I asked for low taper fade and asked him 5 times if he was sure if he could do it but it was impossible to even talk to him because he doesn't even know English. But anyways he starts cutting my hair and I trust the process. But when he finished the haircut was so bad there was no fade and I said just a little bit off the top but he cut way to much like at least 3 inches. And when I questioned he had the nerves to get mad So I came in for the first time really excited and asked for a LOW taper fade and left pissed off with a HIGH taper fade worst experience

Extremely disappointed. I came in for a women’s hair cut and asked for long layers and Ushaped hair cut. My hair ended up extremely choppy, short and VShaped. They do ask towards the end of the hair cut if it looked okay but I was so traumatized I just paid and left. Women’s hair cut was $25. I would not recommend this place to any other woman looking to cut their hair. Originally I was trying to go to the salon next door and thought it was connected to each other but they are two different separate stores. Make sure you go to the right hair salon for woman’s hair cut do not go to this place for a woman’s hair cut.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. One of the barbers, who I suspect is not licensed, clearly didn't know how to operate the shaving machine. He held it the wrong way and started from incorrect angles. I had to stop him when I saw the horrible line he carved into my beard. This was especially frustrating because I had shown him a picture of my beard and told him to maintain the same lines. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me I didn't have to pay, assuming I was concerned about the money when my concern was the quality of the work. Danny, another staff member, came out after I complained about not paying. Instead of asking what was wrong or if they could fix it, he approached me with a rude attitude. He became defensive when I questioned the barber's qualifications, revealing he didn’t have a license. I strongly advise against going there. It's a waste of time, and you’ll end up with the worst haircut. If there was a 0 star I would be hesitating to give it to him cuz he doesn’t even deserve it.

Great place. Communicating is needing help. But they try. I accommodate with a conversation. Tom used to be my face. He's too busy. I went with his wife as my barber and don't have any regrets. I actually wait for her now.
