Been going here for 2 years. I don’t recall ever missing an appointment. Recently missed a single appointment so I reserved another appointment at 12. When I got there, Ben said my appointment was at 10:30. In what world does 10:30 sound like 12? Anyway, I tried creating another appointment but Ben denied saying we have “no respect.” He said he’d only take walk-ins on Monday or a deposit. Obviously, I tried making a deposit to which he then suddenly changed his mind and decided he wasn’t going to be there on Monday. Obviously, he expected us to try to walkin on Monday and waste our time. Despite being respectful and kind to their entire staff and loyal for almost 3 years, the owner of the shop himself decided to be petty. Haircuts weren’t bad most of the time the price was good. Staff was also usually pretty kind, don’t know why Ben was being so petty today.

I had a very poor experience here. I didn't get my barber's name, but he was wearing a hat. As soon as I sat down, I told him specifically that I have a perm and I want to keep the top length the same but to just thin out the volume. The first issue was that he took a very long time for a simple mid fade on the sides. By the time I was done with the haircut overall, the other two barbers there were almost done with their second customers. But the bigger issue was that he cut the top way too short even though I told him once before we started and again in the middle of the haircut that I wanted to keep the length the same to preserve the perm. He ended up cutting off 2 inches from the top using regular scissors when I told him that I only wanted to thin out the hair. And I couldn't even tell him in the middle of the haircut because my chair was turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see. And finally, he had a very poor attitude when I told him about how short it was after the haircut, he didn't even apologize until I said it for a second time as I was leaving. Now my perm is mostly gone because of how short he cut it and I am very disappointed. I will not be going here again.

DONT GET SCAMMED! Arrived around 8:40am waited for my turn and in almost an hour I was next. As I was about to get up and sit on the barbers chair, this barber in the picture wearing a white shirt tells me this other guy that arrived inside the barber shop 15-20 minutes after me was actually next and he was waiting in his car. No one had told me ahead of time that there was a guy waiting before me waiting in his car. Which I thought was unfair. I played along and waited for my turn to get a haircut. After my cut was done I asked the barber why no one told me there was a guy ahead of me and he tells me with his stuttering voice he was busy. I also asked why didn’t I see the guys car in the parking lot when I arrived since he claims he was waiting in his car. He answers by saying he parked in the other side of the business. Obviously I knew he was lying and told him I’m not paying. As a business you should know “time is money” and you don’t waste your customers time and lie to them. I’ve been going to this barber shop since the beginning of 2021 before this barber started working here. I always chose Ben the owner of shop to cut my hair but unfortunately he wasn’t there. The barber was also standing in front of my car demanding I pay. I wasn’t happy how he wasted my time and lied to me. So why should I pay for that? Just use the tip that u made the guy cut in front of me as my payment. Don’t expect anyone to pay for your mistreatment.

I went to Ben's barbershop for the first time on Monday. When I got there I was quickly seated and got my hair taken care of by Nhat. He did a great job on it and paid close attention to detail. Not only that but everyone looked professional and presentable there. I will be coming back anytime I need a haircut as their prices are great and the service is better.

I've brought my dad to Ben's Barber shop twice now. They're a very popular place! We've had a different barber with each visit and both were good. Our last visit, lots of young adults were getting haircuts in preparation for Thanksgiving, so there was quite a crowd. I've spoken to a young man who drives from south county just to have Ben cut his hair! Definitely our new Barber shop!

Super friendly barbers. They give you that good old fashioned barber experience where not only do you get a clean fade but you'll get a great conversation as well. They are extremely attentive to how you look. All of them take their sweet time to perfecting your cut and look. After you're about finished, there's a nice classic hot towel to send you off feeling fresh and relaxed

Ben gives great hair cuts for a fair price. The other hair stylists are questionable. One time, another barber cut one of my son's hair and messed it up. Ben however, did great on my other son's hair. Ben is really nice to my sons and is patient with them when they are moving around.

I moved to this Community about 2 years ago my haircut is sacred , wouldn't trust just anyone! Steven Is a Master Barber he is a wise man with wise words you will come out looking your best , looking fresh and a little bit wiser , Ben and his crew is the best in the business!
