The lady claimed to cut hair for 20 years+ and jacked my hair up bad, then I had to do back to get it "fixed" it still didn't change what she messed up. Now my hair is completely uneven, so uneven that my hair looks super thin. And I'm only 24, I'm embarrassed.

Been to all the barber shops on Sierra and I do have to say that, I can see why they've lasted this long. Super friendly staff. They always have plenty of stylists on duty. I love that they ask plenty of questions and dont just start chopping away. Language barrier for non spanish speakers? Not at all, they have bilingual people so people like me feel comfortable with communications. Show them a photo and you will get whats in the picture to the T.

I've been going there for years but this time I walked in was a really bad service not only did that lady have a face that didn't even want to be there she pretty much talk so rude and talk to another co-worker like she owned the place which I know she does not I feel bad because the other worker is way older than her. Not only did you give attitude to her worker but I did two tours a customer I always go and ask for Vicky because she is the best there's also Hector and his wife which are pretty good but this time none of them were there so I let that lady cut my hair not only did she not do her job as I asked but the whole time she had a face with an attitude she would talk to me with an attitude not even let me answer her back I will keep going there but only because I like you picking and it's really hard to find someone like her but I will never let that lady cut my hair or any of my family members too bad I don't know her name she's just the one that's next to Hector's wife other than that everybody there has a great personality
