Long wait time and messed up my I’m long hair cut one half way short when I got home had to even it out and lost my long hair

I showed up at this barbershop on Friday at 8 PM—well within their posted business hours—only to find the place completely closed with no sign or explanation. Very unprofessional. If you’re not going to stick to your hours, at least update them online or put up a notice. Wasted my time and won’t be coming back.

Im sorry for this inconvenience, unfortunately our hours have not changed since 2020 we are only open till 7:00pm. If you could please share what site says we are open at 8 that way I can have it fixed. But on Apple Maps, google , and Yelp we have advertised at 7

Shop was clean and got me in right away. I came in just to have my beard trimmed and light fade in the back. I have long hair and been growing it out for almost 3 years Asked the Barber ….Art to lightly trim the split ends up to 2 inches max. He doesn’t know how to cut long hair and scissor cut almost 4 inches off my hair in a straight line wasn’t even tapered the way it was before. Can’t even style my hair now. If you have long hair or braids don’t go here!

Came here and got my haircut by Gio and he did a great job. Professional, courteous made me look 10 years younger. Highly recommend paying this place a visit. My hair never looked better.

My wife took my son today around 5pm, made her wait over an hour, haircut took an insane 1.5 hr and for my son to come back with a shi$$ty haircut, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE HE SHOWED THEM. I expect for the owner to call me back and fix his hair, when they do, I will update the review. Update: I spoke with the owner and went the next morning, haircut was fixed by Arturo, came out great. Raymond cut my hair as well, both haircuts overall are excellent.

Showed up for an appointment at 11am today with Roberto Rodriguez. Came on time and waited for 20 min, no one greeted me and they actually took walk ins before me. I ended up leaving after waiting and the barber said I was a no show. I actually cancelled after walking out due to the bad service. And was there before the scheduled appointment. People kept walking in and they got greeted and assured quickly but no one said anything to me. Won’t ever be getting a cut here. Very unprofessional. Worst experience.

First time coming here. Received my haircut from Casper. Overall, great experience! Very friendly staff, and all the haircuts I saw leaving looked amazing. My haircut did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this barber shop to anyone in the Southridge area of Fontana!

I really don’t like writing reviews but definitely gave these people more than one chance. I came here for a haircut and instead came out with severe razor burn all over face and scalp. I told the gentlemen giving me my haircut that it was painful but he just went on and I just sat there and should have left. But I didn’t want half a haircut. I then reached out to complain and was offered a free haircut, I said it wasn’t necessary since I did receive a full haircut after all. A very painful one. Then the person told me to let her know when I went back and I did, she was going to put me with someone she recommends. Well, I drove for 25 minutes to the location only to be turned down upon arrival. I arrived at 5:45pm and they take let walk in at 6pm. I will not be wasting my time at this establishment anymore. Not worth the pain and wasted time. Take your money elsewhere.

The best barber shop around. Kevin cuts my sons hair and always does an amazing job! The staff is professional, respectful, always attentive as to who walks through the door. They always provide excellent customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone!👍

When looking for a barber, I always look to see how seamless the fades are. Looking through his portfolio, this dude, hands down does the BEST I’ve seen in the IE. I like when you walk in, Steven gets right down to it. No fluff, no floss, no fuss. Just a cool dude that cares for his craft. Not too many words, cause his work speaks for itself. He zones in and at the end, you get this magnificent masterpiece as a result of his razor sharp focus, precision, and accuracy. Mad respect. This dude’s a hidden gem and we struck gold out here in the IE finding him.
