I’ve been going to Carlos for a while now and he never disappoints. He takes his time, listens to exactly what you want, and delivers every time. The fades are clean, the lineup is sharp, and the shop has a great vibe. If you’re looking for a barber who actually cares about his craft, Carlos is the guy.

Carlos is amazing we met him in March when he took my son in last minute before a funeral. And have been going to him ever since. He kind foes great work and always makes my son feel comfortable.

Booked an appointment online and the guy canceled on me and didn’t even bother to give me a call or a text message i had to schedule my day around that appointment. It was going to be my first time since i moved to the area. Never going to that place again for sure. Why would you use an online booking system if you can’t keep up with basic customer service !

Had to find a barber last minute my best friends weddings tomorrow and man Johnny hooked it up!! He came thru for me with the freshest cut I’ve had in a while. The shops very clean everyone is friendly as well. Highly recommend , price was very reasonable will be going there from now on for all my cuts!

I had an amazing experience with Eva—she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time! She really listened to what I wanted and added her own professional touch to make it even better. The cut is clean, stylish, and easy to maintain. Eva is friendly, skilled, and clearly passionate about what she does. Unwelcoming place. We walked in on a Sunday morning. Cold welcoming. My son needed a haircut The two guys in the shop asked us to wait and then they would check if they could fit my son in. They had one client each. After 10 minutes, one client was done. The barber who became available turned us down, citing that there were reservations by other clients, and some of the barbers who were supposed to come in didn’t. I said it would take just 10 minutes for a simple haircut. But also the other young barber said “no”. We walked out unwelcomed and unfriended. The shop was basically empty. They could have fit my son in. The two barbers should not turn away a first time customer, they should welcome them instead! Not a good business culture. We went to another barber nearby that was more friendly and more lively.

I cannot say enough good things about Benny. My son is on the autism spectrum and has always struggled with haircuts to the point that I had to do them myself for years. It was overwhelming, stressful, and something we both dreaded… until we found Benny. From the very first visit, Benny showed so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. He never rushed, always made my son feel safe and seen, and built a trust that no one else had ever been able to establish. It was like a weight was lifted. Now, four years later, my son absolutely loves his barber. He looks forward to every visit, and won’t let anyone but Benny touch his hair. That’s how deep their bond is. As a mom, I can’t express how much peace that brings me. Benny isn’t just a barber, he’s someone who has made a real impact in our lives. We adore him and are so grateful for the love and respect he shows us every single time. If you’re looking for someone truly special, Benny is that person.

The shop I go to in Rialto was booked for the day and this baseline shop had openings. First time to this location for my son and I and I can say We’ll be back for sure. It was closer to closing hours and they continued to accept walk ins as well! Very busy and continued to give great service.
