I don’t know who these barbers are I came in for a walk in and asked for how I wanted my haircut and the barber that was cutting my hair decided to do what he wanted and cut my hair short when I had told him to keep my hair long it’s so dumb that barbers can do whatever they decide is better and not what the customer is wanting.

In some cases, miscommunication can happen when discussing length verbally, as terms like a “little off “or “keep it long “can mean different things to different barbers. For that reason, we encourage clients to specify exact measurements - either in inches, guard size or even by showing with fingers, to ensure we are all on the same page before the cut begins.<br>That said, the responsibility is still on us to confirm and respect your request, and we apologize that this was not handled properly in your case. The guys answering the phone are always rude. Cesar is a great Barbara, hopefully he find a shop with better service

Far from ‘excellence’. Made an appointment with Nate. He cancelled 2 hours before my appointment. Didn’t realize he cancelled. Showed up and he told me to come back 2 hours later. Showed up 10 min early. 35 minutes later he still wasn’t cutting my hair because the other barber was cutting his and they were just chatting, taking their time. Out of the five barbers, only one had a client. I’d avoid this place, clearly they can care less about their paying clients.

Each of our barbers manages their own schedule and appointments through the Booksy platform, this is independent from the Shop central system. If a Barber cancels or reschedules , you should receive a notification through Booksy unfortunately, the shop itself isn’t always notified unless contacted directly. <br><br>We understand how frustrating your experience was, but we hope you understand that this situation reflects a scheduling issue with an individual Barber, not the entire barbershop. I’ve been coming to excellence Barber in Downey for a while now, and I can honestly say Dany never disappoints! Every time I leave the chair, my hair looks clean, sharp, and perfectly styled. The attention to detail is unmatched, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and professional. Whether it's a quick trim or a fresh new style, I know I'm in great hands. Highly recommend this barber to anyone looking for top-notch service and a flawless cut every time. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Really clean and professional barber shop. Had to get a last minute haircut once so I tried them out and have been a loyal customer ever since. Danny and his crew are very welcoming and go beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Great vibe and great with the latest or classic hairstyles. Super clean shop too. Me and my two boys have been coming here since it opened and all the barbers are really good and friendly. Danny the owner is my barber and ceaser cuts my kids. But i recommend all barbers. 5 stars.
