I’ve been coming to Michael for a while and even now living in New York City, I still come back to get the best cut in town. Michael is truly a hair expert and I alway appreciate the vibe of his space! Couldn’t recommend enough!

One of the few barbershops where I consistently walk out happy. Michael always gives me exactly what I ask for and helps tailor the cut to fit my hair type. He’s the one barber I trust and actually enjoy going to. Highly recommend.

Best haircut I've gotten in a long time. Michael knows a lot about hair and will go above and beyond to achieve the look you are going for. Also, the interior of the barbershop is very clean and homey. I couldn't recommend Frank E's Barbershop enough!

Michael is dedicated to his craft, masterfully performing a quality service all while creating a chill and relaxing atmosphere. While cutting my hair, he understood what to do, taking my hair properties and head shape into consideration, and was able to explain why certain methods were better than others, all giving me confidence my look was in the right hands. Even my wife was very happy with the result. He also gets the little things right, like a nice face towel after washing your hair, or a brush to get hair off your shoes. After years of searching, I finally feel like it doesn’t get better than this.

My 10 year old son decided to cut his own hair and made a total mess. We walked to Frank E’s barber shop and even though we did not have an appointment we met the kindest soul named Michael who saved the day. He fixed my son’s hair in the best way possible, the cut was phenomenal and the service was out of this world. I’ll never forget the kindness from Michael. Thank you. You deserve 1000 stars!

In my 20+ years of life one thing I lacked was having a good barber. I just recently went to Michael for my first haircut and I can say I will be back every time I need my hair cut. The service was way more than a haircut though, Michael is the nicest guy you will ever meet and actually makes you enjoy getting your hair cut, he is great at keeping conversations and tells you everything you need to do for your hair outside of just getting a haircut. I was never told how to style my hair or what I needed to do to it on a regular basis, In just a 45 minute appointment I learned more about my hair than I ever knew. If you are looking for the most genuine and best barber out there Michael is that guy.

Michael has been the best barber I’ve been to since living in the area. He was super helpful and gave me some good tips for treating my hair. He also gave me some great recommendations. Would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a nice cut.

This was my first haircut with Michael and I loved every part of it. Before, I had gone to other barbers and they had cut the hair, but they didn't really explain and it didn't feel super personalized. But when I walked into the shop everything changed. The old school vibe and Michael just being friendly made it a really cool experience. Michael actually taught me how my hair works and how to style it well. I definitely found my barber. For anyone who needs a good barber, Michael is hands down the best I've ever met.

I moved into town about six months ago and was looking for a good barber. It's so much more stressful than you first think when you are trying to replace the person who you have been going to for so many years. After trying out a few places locally, I made an appointment with Michael. And I am so glad I did! The other places I tried were decent - no complaints - but Michael is on another level. He is incredibly talented and skilled, and he is great to talk to as well. If you are looking for an exceptional barber, this is your place.
