Not kid friendly, was waiting over 30minutes. As more people came in, the barbers that became available chose to ignore my child and pick a random adult that just came in vs my child and I waiting. I walked out. Not welcomed back.

I've been waitting for 3hrs for my haircut. I wrote my name. The guy didnt tell me how many persons he got behind. He went to lunch , not comunication with the clients how is going with the list. Its really bad time to wait for a haircut. I've been visit this place for long time. But this occasion they wasted my time for to long wait.

I just had a haunting experience with this place, first I called to verify that they have the appropriate staff to do my toddlers haircut, I told them he is 3 years old very anxious about his hair cut they said bring him in. Waited about 30 min, then when it was my son turn he started to get scared I held him and this lady started to BUZZ ALL OF MY SONS HAIR OFF!!!!!!!!!!' While I was holding him down she kept hitting my face with the buzzing machine my son was screaming and I kept telling her you are chopping too much she kept doing it while saying oh poor baby he has too much hair it's too hot for this much hair, I paid $22 and left livid. I will NEVER come here again. I hate this lady! She ruined my son's hair.

My son got a tapered fade here yesterday, I usually get charged $22 idk if the prices went up or this barber didn’t know the prices. I gave him a $5 to give me back $1s back and he just took my $5. As if the hair cut wasn’t expensive enough when he took forever and my son didn’t want the top part cut so $25 wasn’t reasonable.

Nothing but professional barbers. All and I mean all barbers are excellent barbers I have been coming here since 2017 and the service and price is always great. Walk ins go by quick even when there is a lot of people.

From one business owner to another, time is critical and something that can't be replaced. An honest estimate of wait time would have sufficed instead of resorting to every trick to get paid by having people wait. Estimated 15min wait time turned into 1hr15min wait time.. Thanks for the business 👍

Please change the hours the Barber Shop is open. I went in today, 3 person were working around 4 pm.. soon I open the door.. one person said . " we are close. "

Just moved to Covina , and In need of a new barber around the area . Just went with the nearest from my house and came across this spot. For the first time, I was very impressed and the next day I brought my son. Very friendly and so far they’ve done a great job with me and my son’s haircut.

Very friendly ladies. Reasonable prices. Rosa is my regular barber, when she is not available, I will go to Betty. They both do a great job.
