I have naturally wavy hair and cut my haircut from Johnny. The cut was good, but at the end of the cut, he put some product in my hair that straightened it, but he told me that,” it’s going to bring out your curls” when it literally did the exact opposite. I’ve washed the product out with shampoo and my hair is still straight. I don’t know why he felt that he had to change the texture of my hair. Super disappointing because my natural waves are the best part of my hair.

First experience: Haircut was above average, felt like it could've been better if the barber wasn’t talking to the other barbers and his friends the whole time but everyone was very friendly so I decided to go here again and give it another shot when my hair got long again. Second experience: 40+ minute wait, nobody batted an eye. There were people that had appointments when I first came here but there was a barber that was still willing to cut my hair. I don’t know what happened here the second time, maybe rules changed or something but I don’t see no sign or anything about walk ins vs. appointments. Disappointing.

We have always had appointments and walkins.. if you look at our window before you come in it shows our prices and times. We charge an appointment fee for appointments compared to walk-ins. We were very short staffed today and that is why the wait time was longer. Im sorry for ur experience but maybe another shop would be better suited for you.

This place used to be my favorite barbershop not no more the last two times I’ve been in here. I sat there for 45 minutes and nobody even looked at me. I suggest making an appointment they say they take walk-ins but they don’t. Make an appointment if you want your haircut here.

We do take walk-ins but we also take appointments and sadly most people perfer appointments. So we usually let the walkins know if case their is a bit of a wait. Im sorry for the experience and the waste of time. Please let me know if you would like me to help you out with a haircut and no wait at all. Sorry once again

This place gave my husband the worst haircut. The length of the hair and the fade on the sides are uneven. Probably because the guy wasn't paying attention because he was too busy talking to the other barbers about their night. Definitely not recommending this place, and if you do, dont have Andrew cut your hair. UPDATE: Thank you to the owner for fixing my husband's hair the next day and addressing our concerns. She was very understanding and kind.

Im sorry about this. Andrew is new to the shop and i will have a talk with him and the rest of the guys about being more attentive to the clients besides talking amonst one another. As for the haircut i can have my manager take care of ur husband and redo the haircut if you would like. Once again i apologize for this inconvenience and will make sure it is handled appropriately.

I will start off by saying, I got a nice haircut here. I am just cheap. It looked great and didn't take too long. The staff is nice, and its easy to hold a quality conversation. When did a haircut cost $40 plus tip. I would gladly pay 10$ for a haircut that uses bic disposable razors then pay $40 for a guy that uses a straight razor with the hot shaving cream and everything else. I appreciate the effort and if that is what you are into this is a great place to go, and you should check it out. I'm just to cheap to warrant $40+ biweekly. Sorry guys maybe if I have a wedding or something like that I'll pop by but its gonna be fantastic sams and I'll just accept the cuts on the ears.

I've been here twice and both were poor to bad experiences. First time, after waiting my turn the barber had just started cutting my hair when his buddy walked in and my haircut turned into an expedited/rushed cut so he could get to his buddy's hair next. My second experience, I waited over 45 minutes for my turn and was up next. The next available barber's buddy and two sons walked in and he took them immediately and straight into a haircut, cutting in front of not only me but two other guys who had also been waiting behind me. So unprofessional and will happily give my business elsewhere.

I just spoke to my manager.. im sorry about ur experience.. the barber that took his friend was actually taking his appointment. We take appointments and walk ins and at times the walk in times can have a bit of a wait but once again my apologies and if you would like to give us another chance i could set up an appointment for you so you dont have to wait at all.

I so appreciate the men that work here and their work ethic! Don't get me wrong, they have their fun. The atmosphere is laid back. Every time I take my son in, they take him quickly to a chair and hook him up! They pay very close attention to details! His fade is always tight and they clean him up on point! I appreciate them because Every barber shop prior you HAD to have an appointment, and wait half an hour after your time to finally get in a chair! And if you didn't have an appointment, forget it! I love that they say "Walk in's accepted " and they mean it! Old school! Much love and respect!

Got an amazing haircut today, the staff was really friendly. I have been coming here for years and every barber i have tried has delivered the same quality and service. They also take care of my son and are really good kids

Shout out to Duke the manager He did an awesome job with my husband haircut. We went in Saturday afternoon around 4pm. The shop was empty all the babers were just standing around on there phones texting with no customers. Duke had told us he had an appointment walking in but that someone would help us and he ask everyone and they all said No that they had appointments coming in. So he end up cutting his hair because we were sitting there for ten minutes without any help. It's pretty sad how they don't help customers out there and just leave one person to do it all. We been coming here for years and never seen such disappointment.

Always a great atmosphere when I walk in there! All barbers are really nice and welcoming. My barber Jay is the MAN and one of the best barbers in the IE in my opinion. Not to mention super friendly as well. If you’re looking for a barber shop in the IE and or new barber shop then this is the spot to be at.
