I’ve been trying to return 2 shampoo bowls that I am not pleased with. Prior to this I had to return 2 salon chairs that arrived broken! I’ve reached out multiple times through call and email. Rita the manager keeps emailing me back telling me she is going to send me the shipping labels to return them but never does. I’ve sent her all information she needed and she continues to give me the run around. She ignored my last email at another attempt to retrieve the labels and initially said she would send me. Absolutely do no purchase anything from this company. They are rude over the phone and their customer service is terrible. I spent about $1000 on these shampoo bowls and I fear I may never see that money again. Absolutely horrible company with horrible products.

I had something go wrong with my order. This company went out of their way to make it right and did it quickly. I could not be more pleased.

Great barbershop furniture and easy convenient shipping. We had some broken pieces and reached out to Ms.Rita. She responded quickly and had replacement pieces shipped out immediately. Her customer service is amazing. Highly recommend!

Id give a zero if i could I was Ripped off by this company, we bought a chair, was sent the wrong color, sent the chair back and was told we rould receive a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY NEVER GAVE US a refund.

Great customer service. Kind women greets you as you walk in. There is many items to choice from but Brian made it easy for me. Brian was really helpful I highly recommend ask for Brian thanks again!!

Do not buy from here! I was gifted a salon chair for Christmas and lost my instructions when I threw trash out so I had called to see if the company would send me instructions for my chair. The lady on the other end of the phone was beyond rude. Absolutely refused to give the instructions to me unless I could provide her with a confirmation number. I had the model number and information for the chair but she would not budge. At first I thought she was having a bad day until I read the other reviews. I will definitely be returning this.

This company is huge even tho I bought my chair from Amazon and they are very strict on return policy Brian helped me out to be able to change my chair to the one I actually needed it for my makeup application also helped me to put it in back of my suv .thank u Brian I really appreciate ur great and on point customer service.

I ordered a barber chair on May4 2022. It came May 10 2022 very reasonable time frame. The dissatisfaction and disappointment came when I started unpacking the chair, the chair arm was broken completely. I immediately took pictures and sent the pictures to the claims the problem they only correspondence is email after 2 days of constant emailing I encountered a rude and dismissive general manager by the name of Joe who was very nonchalant and told me he would call the claims department and tell them to take their time on my claim because he didn't understand why I was upset and I need to relax. I was sent to several voicemail numbers.. pointless text messages from the company and telling me just email my issue.. my problem is, There was no sense of urgency to rectify this problem when I spent $800 on this chair and received reply emails at 3am in the morning and no reply until the next day. This company held up my business as a barber and I would never recommend using them for any purchases for my business..

I am so glad that I found this place. Recently, I opened a new barbershop and barberpub installed/ delivered my chairs and stations. They installed very professionally and I was able to sleep good knowing they guarantee their work. I looked all around town and found that they have the best prices, which really saved me lots of money!
