I was in the area and needed a quick cut, I would recommend anyone in need of the same. Walk-in easy but they also have availability to schedule a cut as well which are both super convenient!! KAT WAS AMAZING!!! 💜💛 She knew what I wanted and did it quick and made it look so good as well. Thank you Kat,I'll be back.

Followed Kat, my longtime stylist, here and I wish my hair would grow faster so I could make a return trip sooner because Arenas' rules. Arenas' one of those rare, truly old school barbershops that are the source material for the modern old school (but wholly sanitized) barbershops that serve as a Bat Signal that you've entered the latest hip neighborhood. There's nothing hip about the block where you'll find Arenas', unless of course you recognize the magic in having a bar next door that specializes in board games or you want to have a cheat day with Colonel Sanders at the KFC on the corner. But all of this is OK because Burbank rules without even having to try. Go get a haircut from Kat at Arenas' and on the way home stop at the Train Shack and watch the model trains for a while or work off those buttermilk biscuits by taking some hacks at the Batcade.

Albert is the best!... perfect haircut each and every time. Albert's attention to detail, skills and professionalism is second to none. Owner Denise and the rest of the staff is very kind and spectacular as well. Best barber shop I've ever been to and Albert is the best barber I've ever had.

Great place for cuts. All the Barbers are very friendly and welcoming, and come with years of experience. As a woman, I see Denise for a cut that I always get complimented on. As for the men, any barber gives a superb cut.

This place is awesome! Old School Barber Shop. Friendly staff. I take my son here for a hair cut, he has wavy/curly hair and is a bit tough to control. They style his hair so that it's easy to get him up and ready for Kindergarten in the mornings.

I work right down the street from this little golden nugget of amazingness. I decided to go in and get a haircut on my lunch break, (which is stressful in itself due to the time restraints.) I was quickly and happily greeted by Denise, the owner. There was already a gentleman getting his hair cut and I was on deck to receive my cut and shave from Mr. Ed Fonseca. Ed was very amicable and quick to cut my hair. I must say, even though I shave my head completely bald, it is still a chore to do it right with no missed spots. He took special care to check after every razor stroke to make sure this wasn't the case. He trimmed up my beard, and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the service and will be returning. OH! It is cash only, but they accept payment through the VENMO app, which is super convenient. Overall, a great experience, left feeling happy and fresh. Thanks Ed!!

The owner was really nice and welcoming. Ed Fonseca cut my hair. I waited less than five minutes. After explaining how I wanted my hair cut Ed is the only person who has cut it right in years. If your hair isn't cut right, it won't grow back right!!! Ed thank you for listening to what I wanted.

Everyome there is an excellent barber and it is a friendly little place and the rates are not crazy expensive, like so many gimmicky places in SoCal. It is owned by a woman named Denise, who also is one of the barbers. They are open Tue-Sat and Thurs is for appointments. The rest of the week you can drop in any time and get a great haircut at a nice, old style barber shop.
