As outlined in our store policy and on your receipt, all sales are final. This is because we work directly with manufacturers and do not sell used or refurbished products. When the blade was brought back, it had visible hairs on it, indicating it had been opened. For health, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to accept opened or used items under any circumstances.<br><br>We do our best to assist customers when items are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging. In such cases, we can offer exchanges or store credit. Since the blade packaging was opened, we were not able to accommodate a return.<br><br>We know that barber products can be an investment, which is why it’s important to ensure you're purchasing the right item for your tools. Because many of our customers are professionals, we encourage shoppers to be familiar with their equipment to ensure they’re selecting the correct parts for their specific models.
