As most other people have mentioned, they are way over priced. I went here on a last min decision while I could make time. Most barbers in the area charge $20-$30 for a line up and beard trim. The guy said $60 when we were done. I wish I would have checked before we started, but I was in a hurry. I also wish I could take pics because the line up is uneven and he didn’t even fade. I had to keep letting him know what I wanted.

Don’t rely on their appointments! I’d give 0 stars if possible. I arrived on time for my appointment with Dominic, but another barber said he left for the hospital. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, he pretended not to speak English. I switched to Spanish, and he called Dominic, who said he had to take his son to soccer. No apology. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and no commitment to appointments.

I book an appointment for my 12 year old son their online site. It listed a child's haircut cost as $30, and adults haircut at $40. When Oswaldo was done cutting son's hair he said the charge was $55! It was almost twice as much as the price listed. Needless to say, he did not get a tip. I definitely won't go there again. I felt ripped off.

Called for a haircut on Thanksgiving: “we have 2 extra Barbers walk right in” I show up, there’s 1 barber. One of the guys called an extra barber, and then told me it’s an extra $20… Was coming here for a bit but will no longer. That’s a pretty blatant bait and switch on top of a haircut that’s too expensive for Berkeley

Carlos the "barber" cut my hair in 10mns and charged me 40 I figured barbers are about details how can you detail in 10mns. I was so frustrated that I asked for the manager which another guy just said if you don't like it don't pay. I payed because it's a service not a good one but a service. I am in Berkeley for a business trip and needed a quick haircut and beard trim. This place delivered one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Big shout out to Nelson for his precision and skill—he really nailed it. And thanks to Oswaldo for his patience and excellent customer service skills. This ship has excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and top-notch results. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need a cut.

Walked in for a quick trim, as a bald guy I like to keep it clean which can be a challenge when traveling. The guys took me in within a few minutes and got me cleaned up with a zero trim and a fade for the beard. Place has a nice vibe to it, relaxed but professional. Very fair prices for the service I received. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a cut.

If you’re looking for a barbershop with good vibes, and good music, Santos Barbershop is your go to place. Michell is a perfectionist when it comes to cutting hair, not only does he take his time, but he is also very attention to detail, making sure both sides of your head are always symmetrical to one another. I usually don’t allow barbers to touch my facial hair, because they always mess it up, but I trusted Michell with it today and he honestly did better then what I do on my own. Over all great barber, and super easy to book. Highly recommend.

I always have a great experience at Santos Barbershop. Mitchell has been my barber for years and his work never disappoints. He does great work and has great customer service. I travel far because I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. If you are looking for a great quality hair cut then Santos Barbershop is the place to be. You won’t be disappointed.

The owner, Mitchel, is the best around. I’ve been getting my hair cut by him for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a complaint. His customer focused attitude is the best and makes sure to give what the client asks for. The environment is great too. They’re always some music playing. Great conversations and very welcoming. No judgment zone here. I would recommend checking this barbershop out! Ask for Mitchel !
