I’ve trusted Joey with my hair for nearly four years now, and the level of precision, consistency, and professionalism he delivers is truly top tier. He's probably the best barber in the Bay Area, and beyond in my opinion. Joey operates with the mindset of a true craftsman. Every appointment feels intentional and dialed. He takes the time to understand exactly how I like my hair to sit and executes it flawlessly every time. My cut always comes out clean, polished, and elevated with a tailored approach. Seeing his growth into a business owner the past few years now has been well deserved. He’s built an environment that reflects quality, attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients. Murat is genuinely very friendly, does his job very well, and his final checks are excellent. He checks everything thoroughly before finishing, and he does a great job with haircuts. I will definitely come again. Thank you, Murat 👍

Our barber Luis was meticulous, and the results show. He was very skillful in cutting my son's hair, and my son was able to have an engaging conversation with him as well, all at the same time. He even gave my son tips on how to style his hair. Would highly recommend Luis.

Ive been going here for a while now. Always get fresh cuts, the guys in there are hella chill. Feels just like hanging out with the boys. Some times they even bust out the brews. But don’t let that take away from the fact theses guys know whether their doing. I have long hair so they cut and or braid plus line ups, also keep my beard fresh. Highly recommended

Great first-time experience at The Belmont Classic Barbershop. We arrived early and were seen shortly after. I booked a kids haircut and got exactly what I asked for — a mid taper fade with front trimming. Murat was patient, attentive, and friendly. The shop is welcoming and has music, entertainment, snacks, and drinks while you wait. Definitely recommend!

He's a skilled friendly and meticulous barber. I leave every time feeling satisfied. I definitely recommend him. The haircut was amazing and the conversation was wonderful. It's not just a barbershop it's practically a therapy center. More than just a barber. One of those rare masters who understands what you want without you having to say it. “Murat Arkar” is definitely the best hairdresser in the region.

Belmont Classic Barbershop is solid all around. Great vibe, great people, and they really care about the details. Joey is my guy and he’s incredible. Always knows exactly what will look good and takes his time to get it right. Every barber here actually shapes you up, not just cuts your hair. I’ve honestly looked better since coming here.

We’re new to the Bay Area and had tried several places for haircuts, but my husband and son always left with something not quite right. After a few disappointing visits (and a couple of complaints), we finally got in touch with Chris, and it was the best decision ever! He’s incredibly professional, takes his time, and really listens to what you want. Even with kids, he’s patient and detail-oriented. We finally found our go-to barber! Definitely five stars!!!

Been coming to Joey for the short end of two years before he purchased the shop. Best barber shop I’ve been to in my life, and the world, and I’ve been around it a time of two. Such a homey vibe and calm place. It saddens me that the military is taking me elsewhere and I will no longer be able to see Joey, he is a barber for life to me. If you’re ever on the fence about a new barber shop, this is the place for you.

My husband loves coming here in this Barbershop not just friendly barbers but very professional. Also, what made it special is that they are Pet Friendly. The Belmont Classic Barber Shop offers the best experience; not just a clean and neat hair cut but the vibe it gives. Don’t miss your shot at their pop up mini bar which is so unique! But overall experience with Franco was excellent, He knows what you want and he listens. Come by and visit their Barber Shop.
