My son dreaded getting a haircut when the time was needed, thanks to his grandma! I called the closest barbershop to us. I came upon Dead End Cutz Barbershop. The person I spoke with made an appointment for my son with Jonathan D. All I can say, I’m so grateful he did! Not only does Jonathan do such an amazing job, my son can’t wait to get his haircut again because my son loves talking to Jonathan about his love for soccer! His customer service exceeded my expectations! Thanks to Jonathan, My son enjoys getting his haircut. Definitely going to come back!

I liked how Ricardo cut my hair. Asked him for a skin fade, high, and an inch off the top and he did exactly that. He was great to talk to as well. Didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes but I asked first since I know this place is by appointment just incase. Will gladly return and they take card which I like.

My hair is hard to work with and the hair cut I want as well. Big Geo did a great job and gave me advice on what type of hair style I should have but does everything he can do give the customer what they want. Great vibe 👌 Thank you.

They do great jobs with haircuts, but on my specific visit, they made me wait around 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time with them. Didn't even say sorry or at least acknowledge verbally or in some form that I was waiting a good amount of time after my appointment time when it was finally my turn. Their website encourages people to make an appointment a week ahead of time, which is what I did to avoid/minimize having to wait as much as possible. Maybe I just got unlucky or something, but the place wasn't even busy when I visited (showed up around 11am on a weekday for my visit). So yeah.. their haircut quality is great, but making me wait 30-40 minutes after a scheduled appointment time is a huge turn off for me personally.

To start off, the shop was a cool vibe—it had a slight stench—but maybe it was just when I went. I got cut by Gio who is a good dude with a great attitude and personality. My haircut was a huge letdown though. My lineup was pretty bad and he seemed careless when it came down to lining it up. His lining technique had me scared to be honest. I told him I had concerns about my hairline being pushed back. He ended up doing that and more. I have a noticeably huge arch that I have to cover up with hats for the next two weeks. I figured he’d be cautious after telling him my concerns but I was wrong. He did do a good job with my fade…sucks no one will be able to see it though.

Excellent shop. Plenty of TV while waiting. Jonathan pays attention to detail. Haircut and bread trim were perfect.
