I would choose zero stars if o could but I came for to get a haircut as a emergency and they literally cut my hair bad the fade had guide lines and. Mest up my hair. Now I have to grow it all out again for 7 months never go here And the fact that I cut hair better and I’m not even. Certified says a lot and I charge ten. Worst haircut I’ve spent my money on

Customer Feedback: Accessibility and Communication Concerns I recently visited this barber shop for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Prior to arriving, I called twice to inquire about walk-in availability for my son, who has special needs. Both calls went unanswered, and there was no option to leave a voicemail. Despite the lack of response, I decided to stop by. Upon arrival, I noticed that the designated handicapped parking spot was occupied by a gray Toyota without disabled plates or a placard. The vehicle belonged to a customer inside the shop. This lack of consideration for accessible parking is deeply concerning and reflects a broader issue of respect for individuals with disabilities. Inside, the shop was full. I asked if they had availability for a haircut, but was informed they were no longer accepting customers. When I mentioned that I had tried calling ahead, the response was simply, “Sorry.” While I understand that walk-in availability can be limited, the absence of communication and disregard for accessibility left a negative impression. I hope the business considers improving its responsiveness and ensuring that accessibility standards are respected. For families like mine, these factors are not just conveniences—they’re necessities.

Just had an incredible experience at this barbershop! The reservation process was super easy and streamlined, which made scheduling a breeze. Jose, my barber, was right on time and gave me one of the best fades I’ve ever had. He took the time to consult with me about what I wanted, and his attention to detail really showed—without dragging the appointment out unnecessarily. The shop has a great vibe—family friendly and welcoming, but still rugged and stylish with a trendy edge. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality cuts and a professional, cool atmosphere!

Hit the jackpot with this place when looking for a new barber. Luis has never failed me once, I look so good I might not be single after this weekend, all thanks to him. Vibes are great, sports always on the TVs, everyone in there is great and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend

They work well with kids. My boys always come out looking good with a clean cut. I've been going here for years, they're worth the wait but definitely make an appointment

Chill barbers and cool atmosphere makes the haircuts therapeutic🔥 always making appointments with Jose never ever fails to leave me walking out fresh and getting all the compliments from the ladies no joke, gets your haircut exactly as you like 10/10

Been coming here for 5 years and never have I left disappointed. I am always getting compliments on my haircuts and getting asked where i get them. If he’s available ask for Pri, he’s my personal favorite barber there and does great work. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

If you're looking for a dope haircut, this is the right place! Everyone is welcoming and the environment is super laid back. Omar is very professional and gives me the exact haircut that I'm looking for. I feel like a brand new man every time I step out of that building!

The barbers are down to earth but one of them gave me a terrible haircut. It looks like an incomplete fade plus lengths are not even (as you can see in the photo). For a $40 haircut, you would think the bare minimum is applied. If anyone decides to go there despite the above, request them to be easy on the skin when using machines (scratches on my neck and face). I edited this review slightly to include a photo because I couldn't believe the haircut I received from a highly rated barbershop. It doesn't deserve the recognition.

Came to my apartment even 40 minutes early just in case then waited for another 40 minutes after my appointment no one showed up and no one answered the phone guess they just show up if they feel like it and waste people's time in the picture it doesn't show but they have their open Sign flashing
