Been going here for years and finally felt compelled to leave a review. Met Alex for the first time and he gave me a kick-ass mullet. Amazing feathering, I have a new favorite stylist!

Booked for 325 pm still waiting at 345 pm. I thought the entire point of booking a slot was so that people had a set time to do business. I guess not. Also the front desk lady (not the usual one) was kinda rude acting like it was my problem that they can’t keep their reservations on time. Will not be returning to Floyd’s for their services.

Jessica was extremely rude! We had called and made appointments and received extremely snotty attitude when we came in for appointments because the person who took the call apparently booked them incorrectly. Not our fault yet we were treated like we were demanding something outrageous. We needed two trims no layers and she continued to berate us even when I said we'd go elsewhere after being treated so rudely!

My stylist Cindy was absolutely amazing. I just moved into the area and it’s always nerve-racking finding a new stylist/barber. Cindy was everything I could’ve asked for and Mohr. She was kind, funny, and was able to give me some great tips as someone who’s doing in town, all while doing an amazing haircut. The shop was very clean, everybody was welcoming and happy. I definitely felt very comfortable there which doesn’t always happen in a barbershop as a woman. I could not be more pleased with my experience overall.

Terrible haircut. Worse experience. I scheduled my cut at 7:30, went straight from work to get a cut and that was the earliest I could be there. Floyd’s is the only barber open till 8 that gives decent cuts. The dude at the desk and my stylist were clearly upset that I showed up for my scheduled appointment. The stylist refused to look at the photo of myself for reference of what I wanted. Just said “I can’t see that”. It’s the same photo I’ve been using for reference at Floyd’s. For years. He’s the first one to say anything like that. He then proceeded to give me the roughest cut I’ve ever had. Poked me in the eye three times and I left with cuts on my neck (he didn’t even use the razor for my neck they were from his clippers) and a headache from him being so rough with the clippers. The stylist didn’t say a word to me the whole cut. Then was annoyed when he asked if I “still want the shampoo” that I scheduled. Uhh yeah? Sorry to bother you bro. Then I get home and see that this cut is garbage. What’s worse is when I walked out of there at 7:45 the open sign was off and they locked the door behind me. I came here exclusively because you were open late. I was clearly a nuisance to this dude. Again. My apologies dawg. 🙃🤦🏼♂️ I’ll be back tomorrow so someone *else* can fix this trash haircut. At 7:30. Try not to throw a fit this time?

Friendly staff and professional service. Jessica was pleasant to speak with. $32 for a haircut. More than greatclips, but they do use a razor for a clean look

My son, my girlfriend and I to got a haircut at this location and this is one of the many issues we had. The guy name is Josh, works Sundays my advice stay away from him, he doesn’t listen to customers, put his opinion and careless with the clippers. I get busy schedule and working with people, but listening to customers is key. She asked for a long pixie haircut. Instead this is what happens. Along with my son had long hairs around his neck they forgot to cut also mine so I was able to fix it my sons hair and mine when we got home.

Davina did an amazing job on my hair. This was my first time in the shop and it was a welcoming experience. I called ahead and they were able to get me an appointment same day with several location across the valley. I got a great haircut in a clean barbershop. It’s hard to find a barbershop that caters to multiple hair types and needs. Thanks again, I will definitely be visiting again.

Not the best experience I've had getting a hair cut. I recently moved from California and i used to go to Floyd's all the time and had great haircuts. My stylist Dominique did a terrible job on what i think is an easy haircut, a fade. First thing she didn't seem like she wanted to be at work that day or that she wanted to do my haircut. I asked for a fade and trim on top. The trim was okay but the fade is terrible. There is no fade just shaved. There was also no hot lather neck shave which says its included in a Floyd's cut. When she was done there was no mirror handed or held up to see the sides or the back. There was no brushing away the just cut hair. I had hair on forehead and neck. The removal of the cape was not very graceful as hair went everywhere and all over my feet. Not sure I'll be back.
