This is hands down a great barbershop. It has that true old-school vibe where everyone’s talking — barbers with barbers, and barbers with clients. Big shoutout to Soph for always taking care of me, and Angel, the owner, is a solid guy. Always good, positive energy in this place.

Matthew is the best barber here! Quality cuts, and he makes sure to take his time on your cut. He will also line up your brows if you need it!

I am very picky about who I allow to cut my hair, however Cici (first chair) is one of the best to ever do it. She's always professional, punctual and communicative. I don't have to deal with any of that diva nonsense alot of barbers are on these days. Her cuts are clean every single time. Definitely should check her out.

My haircut was ok. The Barber forgot to trim my top because when I combed it, it was still too long like bangs so I had to trim them I got home. Also not into gels and sprays I'm allergic to them so had to wash my hair when I got home. They should ask first if you would like that in your hair. I'm not into slicking myself up i just want a haircut. Finally the price of $30 on the website isn't the price I paid, I was charged $40 because he said that's what the app charges. That's false advertising especially for those like me in a strict budget. I probably won't return.

This place is pretty dope. They usually ask if you have an appointment(fastest way to a seat) and then you’ll have to wait to get a barber. Most of them have a schedule and list of people coming in so be aware of that. Also, they do very clean cuts and just be open about what you want and they will listen well. Prices are better than other Tempe barbers. I say check them out and see what you think!!

I’ve been going to dapper dons for years and love going every time and always get an amazing experience. Matthew or mjthebarber has been my go to barber for years and I hear nothing but good things. No matter what style you like he’s always there to make sure you get the cut you need. He’s been a barber for years and years. 15+ years. From my experience that’s considered a master. Not only the experience is good he always respects everyone and always lends and ear and the conversations are always the best. So if you need a cut hit up Matthew from dapper dons!!!

God awful haircut. I said to keep to take off a little off the top but to keep it long and now I look like a mutated alien. And the “low fade” clipped off all the hair up to my top of cranium. I swear that the barber wanted to ruin someone's month because he had to be cutting it this way on purpose. If I could go on strike I would. Worst haircut ever. I would not wish this upon my worst enemies. Nobody deserves this. I can't talk to anyone without getting hysterically laughed at. Do not come here if you like having confidence.

I came here on Monday August12-2019 and I had a great experience here. Matt (not sure if thats his name) really took care of me. I think I just found my new barber here in AZ. Ill be coming here when i’m in town.

Dapper Don's is one of the top barbershops in the valley...bar none. The professionalism and expertise of each barber is always above reproach. The shop is always clean and the atmosphere is kid friendly. I have witnessed the owner (Angel) turn this shop into a prestigious establishment. I salute them all for making this shop a place where I can encourage others to come to. Please check them out!
