Love this place. After searching for my “go to” in Phoenix, I’ve found it. Awesome shop and my wife, the ultimate judge of a good haircut, says…wow, that looks great. Done and done!!!! 100% will be a return customer.

Been coming here since moving from OR. I usually see Vinny, but recently got my cut from Ethan. Both dudes are incredible barbers, and ask all the right questions to make sure you leave with a great haircut. The vibe is always on point with good conversations and killer music.

I actually never review but I got a haircut earlier today that I think deserved a review in here. The barber I got cut my hair really well, he was slow and steady, meticulous, and his attention to detail was amazing. He didn't rush and he asked plenty of questions beforehand to understand how I wanted my hair. Unfortunately I don't remember my barber's name, but I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me who it was so I can request him when I come back for another haircut in the future. I had my haircut done at around 5:30 on Tuesday, Nov 18.

Couple weeks ago I got a really bad cut from another barbershop.. Brigade came highly recommended from my cousin so I decided to book an appointment and see if they could fix my haircut and beard. It was extremely easy to book and I ended up getting an appointment with Tim. Super cool guy and very well versed in his craft. He fixed me right up and gave me the exact cut and beard trim I’d wanted. Not to mention the atmosphere and overall vibe of the shop was top notch. I will be a returning customer and will be sure to recommend Brigade to all my friends / family. Thanks Tim!! 🤙🏻

I've been going here quite a while and it's never a bad cut. I usually get "first available" reservations all I can say with certainty there isn't a bad barber in the bunch! Every fade I've had has been consistent and even, plus there's beer! Nothing but good things to say about this place and its motley crew.

Great cut , made to feel welcomed . Included me in the conversation and jokes . Truly affordable , cash only , so be advised and come prepared . ATM inside if you forget your cash money . Definitely earned my repeat business .

I love Brigade! I’ve been getting my hair cut by Allison here for 7+ years and I swear she’s the best in the Valley. All barbers here are talented and always have great convos in the shop. It is a cash only establishment with an ATM inside and one that’s accessible outside as well ~50 ft away!

I had an excellent experience at this barbershop! Ethan was my barber, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the result. He took the time to ask about my preferred style, and when I showed him a photo, he matched it perfectly. As someone with Asian hair, which can be tricky to cut as it extremely straight hair, I was particularly impressed with his skill and experience. Ethan made the entire process comfortable and delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a great haircut with a reasonable price.

I couldn't be happier with my haircut and with the overall experience I had here! Everyone working here was very kind and friendly, and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. I was initially nervous that my hair wasn't going to be able to be fixed, but Allison was able to correct my undercut and gave me the exact design I was looking for. Thank you so much again!!!

Hands down the best Barbershop I've ever experienced. The guys are professional I'm every sense of the word. I was even offered a beer during my cut and shave. Wifi is always a huge plus as well as a professional standard. Excellent internet speed too. The chairs are vintage and literally the most comfortable seats you'll ever sit in a barber shop. Late 50s early 60s. Even the fridge is from the same era! Incredibly relaxing setting. The chair Cape they use felt like satin. Not the plastic raincoat you're probably used to. The entire experience was truly a man's therapy exactly as it should be. The barbers are licensed, experienced and simply the best. Brendyn was my barber and don't believe there was a courtesy spared. My hair is my ideal perfect. Very modern business savvy and professional; precisely as I asked. He used a straight edge razor to clean up the back of my neck followed by aftershave and during the cut he periodically dusted me with talcum powder. Perfect. No itching afterwards at all. I've been sitting watching here watching the beard trims as I complete my review and finish my beer. They all use straight edge razors for the face and neck and the actual trim itself seems almost surgical in terms of precision. I'm sitting here in awe. Where has this place been all my life? In summation, if you don't feel comfortable, well taken care of and absolutely utmost satisfied with your experience then you clearly need to cut your own hair because if the place doesn't become your go to Barbershop after your first visit then you're clearly not satisfiable.
