Walked in for the first time trying out a new barbershop. Everyone was chill and greeted me, and Daniel said he could get me. He really gave an amazing vibe and was very chill. 10/10 will definitely come back for Daniel

I came in a couple days ago for the first time and I’m highly disappointed by the service and attitude from the guy who cut my hair. He was very unprofessional, cursing, snobby and pretty much payed me no mind. I do not remember his name he was Latino with black really curly hair. I advise that you guys train your employees to show customers more respect so they can give a better experience.

Been going here for about 2 years now, and I have worked with Alex, Angel, Javi, Tayvonne, Yaz, Dion, and Zay they all do an amazing job here I have kinky/curly hair and it is HARD to find a barber that can cut my hair right. Let me tell you these guys do it RIGHT, all of the barbers that work there are well-versed in different hairstyles so don't be afraid to work with someone new. I guarantee you, it will come out the way you want it to! I had my most recent haircut with Angel and he always gets it right on, he's meticulous and is very detailed with his linework give him a go, or anyone of the barbers that works there! Even the ones I didn't mention I know will do a great job! Highly recommend there's not other barbershop I'd go to besides this one!

Had a great experience with Trevon. He was very personable and kind, made the whole appointment comfortable, and really paid attention to detail. My haircut and beard trim came out fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend booking with him.

Me and my son both received haircuts from Jesse. He is an awesome barber. Very professional, can cut any style you ask him too. Overall barber shop does a great job, cool vibes, overall great experience.

Daniel did an amazing job cutting my children’s hair! He was patient, kind, and made them feel comfortable the entire time. The cuts turned out great, and my kids left smiling and confident. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend Daniel!

I have been to a few other barbershops in Surprise and they have done fine but didnt achieve what my son was wanting. I decided to try Surprise Barbershop. I explained to Jesse, that my son wanted a low taper fade but my son has pretty straight hair so I wasnt sure it would be possible. Jesse explained his idea of how to achieve the style my son was wanting. Jesse did amazing. My son (11 years old) usually doesn't even want his hair cut but now that Jeese did such an amazing job, when I tell my son its time for a hair cut he tells me it HAS to be Jeese or he doesnt want one. You can tell that Jesse is passionate about his work with an artistic mind. He's laid back, has patience, and easy for my son to talk to. I haven't seen my son so excited after getting his hair cut. Thank you Jesse for making my son's day. Happy son, happy mom.

This was my first experience getting a cut from Jesse, and he absolutely killed it. Took his time, listened to what I wanted and did a phenomenal job. He was great to talk with, very easy and laid back. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new barber, I'll be back to see him. Thanks Jesse.

Dre hooked it up!! Perfect long beard trim where he still kept the length. Perfect head shave i have nothing bad to say! Great environment chill way better than past experiences for me. Definitely found my go to barber and recommend you checking him out.

I took my son here once and now I won’t go anywhere else. Everyone is very welcoming, they take walk ins quickly. All the barbers do an excellent job.
