They need work you can tell they’re all just starting but honestly they should start charging 25 because it seems fair going home with something you don’t like for 40 bucks is getting annoying I haven’t met anyone in az that does something decent mind you this was supposed to be a fohawk

Took my little man here today because he had basically been in quarantine for over 3 months due to needing open heart surgery in February, so we had not been able to take him to get a hair cut in about 5 months in total. Today we finally were able to go get a haircut for him. A lot of barbers at other locations never understand the assignment but today we got a GREAT haircut! A lot of barbers always cut his cow licks super short and make his hair look funky but I asked him to keep them longer and he knew exactly what I needed for my boy. We’ll be coming back for sure! Thank you!

i’ve been coming to this barbershop for the past 5 months, and i gotta say everyone does a great job. I leave with a clean haircut and satisfied all for a great price. Today i came in for a haircut. I walked inside, a couple barbers glanced at me but no one asked me if i was walking in or if i had an appointment. i stood there for a couple seconds waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no one did. So, I sat down waiting for someone to call me over for around 25-30 minutes. I never got called. There was a guy who came in maybe 10 minutes after me and they asked him if he was walking in and they sat him down right then and there. Seeing this absolutely astonished me. For a day that wasn’t busy, no one seemed to care about me. So, I waited another 15 minutes, just to see if i would finally get called up. 2 barbers walked up to the register and saw me, but never asked me if i needed a haircut which was obvious. So i walked out. I was upset at the lack of recognition these barbers had, and it needs to be improved. I’m not sure i will come back. I just hope they improve from this.

I’ve been going to Leroy for a while now, and every visit has been top-notch. He has a great attention to detail and really listens to what I want. The atmosphere in the shop is always welcoming, and I never feel rushed. Whether it’s a simple trim or a more styled cut, Leroy always delivers. If you’re looking for a skilled and reliable barber, I highly recommend Leroy! You won’t be disappointed.

Leroy is the best in the game! Been with him for almost 4 years now. A great barber who takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and makes sure you look right before leaving the shop! I've never been dissatisfied with a cut by him!!! BEST BARBER IN AZ!

karla cut my son's hair and was the best cut he has had in a long time. She was quick and very patient with him I am very pleased with how it turned out. while I was waiting I was looking at the other barbers and everyone could cut hair very well in the shop. The shop was clean and immaculate. This will be my new barbershop. Also while I waited for my son they cut every ethnic background very well.

This barber shop was recommended to me and had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot a couple days ago. I asked for a simple cut- a low taper with razor texture on the top and the barber Kevin did me dirty. He seemed to want to get me out his chair as fast as possible and had bad customer service. I tried making conversation with him and I understand some barbers aren't talkative which is fine, but his demeanor seemed to be coming from a place of rudeness as he was responding to my comments, questions, and conerns with answers like, "Yeah. No. Mhm. I guess." which made me feel really uncomfortable. I didn't feel super welcome to be there as a more masc presenting woman and I woulda preferred he just tell me he wasn't comfortable cutting my hair so that I coulda gone somewhere else. While he tapered my neck area, he pressed really hard onto my skin with the clippers and cut my neck- which is getting worse and more irritated by the day. After he tapered me, he gave me the mirror and seemed to wanna be done, to which I reminded him probably 3-4 times total that I wanted RAZOR texture at the top, and he begrudgenly grabbed scissors and gave me a trim. Not to mention that my neck taper looks like bro grabbed the clippers and cut horizontally then called it a day. This left my hair looking the same length which is the opposite of what I wanted, and now I have to rock an Edgar cut because I was no longer comfortable telling him that he wasn't doing what I asked for. Once he "finished", he started taking my cape off before I got a good look at my haircut. I asked him if he had pomade so I could see how it looked styled, to which he replied "nah." I stared at him like I couldn't believe he was being serious and then he finally said he would ask other barbers in the shop if they had something, and came back with texture powder. This again was not what I wanted but it was better than nothing, so I didn’t say anything about it. He styled it and walked to the register and thankfully the owner gave me a refund for the cut which I was grateful for, but now I look like an Edgar and won't be coming back here.

This was the first time coming into this barbershop and we really liked the service. It was quick. They gave my stepson a clean cut the place was clean and the aesthetic was awesome. Will definitely be going back.

I've been to so many barber shops in Phoenix and i finally found a good barbershop! 1st barber that cut me up was Kevin and been cutting me up since i started going here and I mean it's hard to cut my hair because I got a big ash head 😂 but Kevin gets down with the fade and lineups Even his colleagues. The best barber setup and very clean and everyone is very welcoming.
