My brother has autism, and getting haircuts can sometimes be difficult for him. The staff here are always so patient, kind, and understanding with him. They take their time and make sure he feels comfortable, which means a lot to our family. We truly appreciate the care they show and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that is welcoming and compassionate.

I've been going here for decades to get my haircut and it's been amazing every time. Unfortunately, I've had to get a cut elsewhere once or twice and they didn't come close to the quality I get when I see Melana. I believe that Eddie and Melana are two of the best barbers in the state. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to get your hair done. If you want it done perfect every time, this is the place to go.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by these guys for over 25 years. As an airline pilot, I’m all over the country, but I will still commute to Phoenix for a haircut here. That should tell you everything you need to know. Consistency matters. Precision matters. These guys deliver both, every single time. No shortcuts. No guessing. Just professionals who know their craft and take pride in it. After tens of thousands of miles in the air, I trust very few people on the ground with my haircut. No one does it better than Twins.

I've been going to Twins for 5+ years and today was the worst experience I've had. Made an appointment for a hot towel strait razor shave. I had to tell the gentleman 3 times I was there for a hot towel strait razor shave not a hair cut. After a few moments and my hair almost getting cut he understood I wanted a shave. He gave me a shave with his electric shaver. The when i said not hot towels strait razor again he repeated hot towel and covered my face. At this point he finally got the concept of what I wanted. I however go for a strait razor shave so my neck doesn't look all red with razor burn. Nope I look worse with his dull razor then I would have if I just shaved at home. Oh I haven't even got to the 10 times I told him I wanted to take my goatee down to a number two. he would just trim it a bit. I just got feed up with this situation and said it was good, paid $40 with tip for something that would have taken 5 minutes at home. I still got a shave so I paid my bill and the man has to make a living so I tipped. With that said it will be the last they will see me.

Great place to get haircut and styling as well as beard and mustache trims. Staff is amazing here listen to what you want done to your hair and always ask if you want to go shorter before cutting actual hair. Great atmosphere as well I would recommend my friends and family to come here for haircuts and styling of hair, great barber's all around all together great staff.

OUTSTANDING! MY Haircut, fade came out perfect! My Hair Artist (Barber) was both Professional as well as genuinely kind and respectful. Dominic definitely knows his craft! My fade was done perfectly! The small talk was great and the place looked so clean. The comfort was very nice and I loved the respectful attitudes every had. It was very comforting to see and hear communicating respectfully (NOT ONE person cursing!) . It was definitely a place to relax while getting a professional and cool haircut, The prices are very reasonable also! Oh and it was all friendly smiles throughout the place. I appreciate the military discount for us Veterans. I definitely recommend this cool, comfortable and professional Barber shop. When you stop in tell them ChicoG sent you, This Barber shop is now my GOTO Barber shop, it’s saved on my Favorites list.

Great place to go to for haircut. Friendly staff. Walk ins are welcome. I didn't see any signs out by the road to let you know they're there but there is one out front of the shop as you're driving through the parking lot. It's nice to see that their are still family owned shops. Highly recommend coming here
