Love this Barbershop every time I’m here. They are very respectful very clean Shop. Make my barber is an amazing barber and a very hospitable. Barber definitely knows what he’s doing with his craft.

Took my son in for a haircut, and we were both really impressed! He’s usually pretty picky when it comes to his hair, but he walked out smiling and totally satisfied with the cut. ACE was patient, professional, and clearly skilled. Great attention to detail and a friendly atmosphere—definitely coming back. Highly recommend ACE!!

This shop is conveniently close to our home. The barber's seem to all be really good at their jobs, my bf gets cut by Ace and he is always happy leaving the shop feeling more confident and very satisfied when he gets home. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

The hair cut was rushed not much effort n energy put into his work I have a bald spot created by the barber also he almost took off one of my locs I wouldn’t recommend ACE or the barber shop

Hello my name is clark I’m the owner of the shop. I first would like to apologize for the experience you had, I assure you that is not the typical behavior that is generally experience at our shop. I spoke with Ace and he also expresses his apologies and would like to offer you your money back and I will couple of that with giving you a haircut by me at half of the price to reconcile this situation.As an owner I take pride in what comes in and out of the shop, Including our barbers and the skill level in which we operate I would love to make this right by you whether it’s discounting your haircut or outright refunding your cut. It’s hard to see when the photo was taken it seems to have been a few days or so from the cut because of the new growth coming back from where the line was. So for more detail Can you give me a call to discuss? 208 371-5792. Can you tell me when you came to the shop? I would love to get more detail and photos of your haircut so that I could use this as a teaching moment and adjust the mistakes. I get your experience is your personal experience however, that what you’re explaining g is not a typical experience based off of our 5 star experiences with Ace. Could you call me and see how we can resolve the issue and get you right?

I wanted to wait until I was calm and spoke with the stylist, and I have and now can write this review. I received services from the loctician Ashley at this location. She dyed my hair incorrectly after a in person verbal consultation, as well as cut my hair, took scissors to MY hair without my permission. She was on the phone the entire appointment and I believe that led to not paying attention to my service. I would suggest anyone going to her to stop. Once I spoke with her she was defensive and not apologetic at all. I am truly disappointed.

I would ask you to please take this review down from the barbershops site and redirect it to her personal site as I/Rookiefresh barbershop has no involvement in her services/ or operation. I’m very sorry for your experience however in the 2 years of her renting I. Our building I must say that this doesn’t reflect like her normal behavior or customer feedback. Great service! The shop is easy to locate and great communication with Clark (The Barber) as an out of town, first time client. Really great job with the haircut…. Clark is actually better than my normal barber back home. It is, what it is. 🤷🏾♂️ Highly recommend if you’re looking for great customer service, top tier haircut in the Arizona area.

This is the place to go hands down the best barber shop in Arizona now that SlicNicc has joined the team. This is the premiere shop I drive from Scottsdale just for this level of quality.
