Richie is the best in Phoenix has three locations. He has been cutting my hair since I was a teen and I'm 37 years old now, now he cuts my sons hair too. Thanks Richie.

Don’t think about coming here! Barbers never seem to care why you want and end up doing a horrible cut! My boyfriend asked for a cut and barber gave him a totally different one. The barber also made inappropriate comments about my boyfriends facial features. So unprofessional ! Definitely don’t recommend coming here ! Only reason he kept coming back was because it’s close to the house but definitely making that extra drive and never coming back.

I'm still feeling sad and disappointed about my experience at one of my favorite barbershops. After work, I stopped by when it wasn't busy and was attended to by a barber who seemed unprepared. I explained the style I wanted, but he claimed not to understand. I showed him around 8 pictures to clarify, but he didn't seem to make any effort to get it right. Frustrated, I told him, "It doesn't seem like you're making an effort to make this happen." Realizing it wasn't worth continuing, I decided to leave and find a different barber. The whole experience was disappointing, especially since I'd been to this shop before.

Yesenia took her time and cut my hair nice. I got a high fade, and she charged me a great price, especially in these times where haircut prices are skyrocketing.

Went in for a simple cut, felt like I was just shoved off to the side by the other staff, told the older lady I just wanted a burst fade and some trimmed off the top, she did good on the fade but cut too much hair off the back and top and ruined my whole haircut even after I specified exactly what I wanted. This place is definitely not what it used to be.

I am disgusted!!! I sent my son there for the first time and told the Isaac dude that I wanted his sides faded, lineup and his face groomed. This did not fade my son’s hair!! He cut the side off to a zero!!! But what really took me out is how he left my son with some Elvis sideburns and didn’t get any of the hair on his face and line up his sideburns! BUT CHARGED ME $30 for it!! I feel scammed!

These guys don't give two craps about walk ins. They are only interested in cutting their appointments and you will sit there and wait for hours for no reason and then charge you a ridiculous price. My time is money, you are wasting my time and expect me to pay more than other shops? Hell no.

Took my son to get a haircut for the first time here,.The lady did a decent job as my son wanted a different style And we were aware it wouldn’t look as good as the first time. Upon arriving, I noticed a cash only sign under braiding services, walked in, and asked if cash only for the braiding services or for haircuts as well they advised it will be for haircuts as well. I had to call my boyfriend to give me cash cause I had no cash on me, walked outside and walked back inside, and the owner looked a little Annoyed that I walked in and walked out and walked back in. was not greeted nicely. I noticed the owner, thanking his customers when, leaving upon us leaving they did not say a word felt like I was not welcome. Will definitely not go to this place again. They are way overpriced as well.

This barbershop is one of the best in south-side phoenix! All of the barbers are professional and really friendly with everyone. I highly recommend Joselito! His hands work miracles! He never fails to leave me feeling fresh 😎
