Jordan did not listen to what was wanted. He did not cut my husband’s hair how he wanted it. Did not shave the neck and cut off his sideburns. Did not cut the top of his hair at all and only did the sides. He lost his shears and was cussing. Then when my husband complained he had the audacity to call him arrogant! Do NOT use this guy!

Frank was a super nice guy. So nice that it was hard for me to tell him it didn’t look anything like what I wanted and his beard trim was not good. wish he would have used a razor for how much extra it costs. Should have waited for John.

Im in my mid 50's. Got my haircut here this morning May 2025. Highest recommendation. I described to the barber how I wanted my haircut and the haircut was exactly as I asked. Excellent service!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for many years, and John is the best. And even with other barbers, 95% of the time I’ve been very happy with the haircut. Last month there was a new barber who was the only one available and I figured I’d give him a try. He spent the entire time on the phone (not even a Bluetooth headset, holding the phone with one hand or pinning it between his ear and shoulder - while cutting my hair). I’m not even sure that he cut the top or front, it remained very long, even after I asked him to take a little more off. I ended up having to careful trim the front a little myself after a week. The sides were also somewhat uneven in length (I asked for a 2.5 guard), but it seemed like he barely went over the sides with it. One reason I go to a barber is the straight razor shave (neck/hairline in the back), he just used a trimmer, which is what they’d do at a chain like Supercuts. I came in today and John is out until next week, and the only two were him and someone else I’d never seen before (who had someone in her chair), so he was the only one available. I figured maybe the issues last time were because he was multitasking (cutting while holding a phone), and I’d give him another try. Big mistake. Not only was the cut very similar to the last time (but he acted a little irritated when I asked him to cut the top a little shorter). What’s worse, he decided to charge me for a specialty haircut ($26 vs the usual $23 - likely to give himself a bigger tip, likely because John wasn’t here… he charged the normal price last time when John was there). The haircut was less than basic. If I return and John isn’t present, I will go somewhere else.

23 years. John has cut my hair. Now I moved to Mesa and I still travel the thirty minutes to see an old friend and excellent barber. Thanks John for the years of service . Robert COTTRELL Cowboy to you

Bad experience … the place was dirty and this old guy cut my hair and it was just sloppy all around, didn’t even bother to shave the hairline nor around the ear. I asked him to trim my beard and he did a lousy job and over trimmed one side of my mustache and the beard was incredibly uneven. As soon as I got back home I had to trim it myself to fix it. Also, place was dirty and hot towel was smelly. I’m sticking to Vs barbershop… which is top notch… they just happened to be booked and I decided to give this place a try… never again

I have been coming here for about 4 years and I've had my hair cut by every barber. They are all very friendly and good at their job. The whole shop has a nice vibe about it, whether it's full or empty. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I told them I was VERY particular with my hair and have used the same barber for 5 years now but moved close to Johns. He laughed and said my haircut was easy. He went over my hardline and cut my hair I’ve been growing for 8 months so I now have stubbles instead If a CLEAN line! He acted as if it was no big deal. I will NEVER go back!

This was the first barber I went to (aside from great clips and the like) and I'm really glad I decided to branch out and try it. I think Michael was the first person to cut my hair here but he's gone. Enter that white kid Jacob. Dude is absolutely ridiculous. Does my hair right every time. Seventeen dollars for a perfect haircut are you serious? Give that kid an extra ten.

Without a doubt the best haircut I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Lian Duan, he was amazing, he cut my hair like an artist. Will definitely be coming back!
