Great place for kids, Rebeca helped us and she was very attentive she took her time to fix my girls hair I also appreciated that she was bilingual! Very friendly service I will be returning

Went in to get a specific cut. Asked for an inch and a half left on the top. Asked for about half an inch on the sides. I was left with less than half an inch on the top AND sides left. Never coming here again. Don't care if the cut was professionally performed, if you can't give a client the cut they ask for you shouldn't be in the hair cutting business. Period.

The woman called someone a few minutes into my husband haircut and then spent the whole time staring at a video call. Beyond asking him what he wanted, no communication was had towards either of us until right at the end. She was literally using clippers on his head without looking at anything but her phone screen. I expected him to be scalped, but he got lucky. He fell into the senior men's category but was charged full price (wasn't worth arguing about because we won't be back).

They don’t know what they are doing I asked for a medium low fade they gave me a high fade I said nothing off the top and the guy used an 8 on top didn’t fade in well…. Very dissatisfied. A BAD HAIRCUT IS WORST THEN NO HAIRCUT

The worst barber shop so far, took my boyfriend here because he's been needing a haircut and wanted to try something new and it was going good so far but the lady with pink hair cut his line up and didn't fade anything and she noticed he didn't like it and told us to leave so rude and unprofessional don't waste you're time here.

I have been coming here for 4 years. There are definently some barbers who know their stuff and others who... I have my graduation photos this week and I came here to get a cut, they were cutting my hair and faded me up really nice. I was contnet, it was not till the last few minutes, where they decided to try something new with my hair, they recommended that I cut a part of my hair, I did not want this and I was visibly uncofmrtable and said no. The lady who cut my hair was so insistent and this would be my bad, but I'm very shy and I did not want to say to stop or futher say no once I said it once. Overall, this is frustrating cause now I don't know what to do for my photos.

This was by far the worst barbershop I have been to. I took my child here to get his haircut and it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. It was not at all what I asked for. They made him nearly bald and his line up in the front was so crooked. After I had asked the lady to fix the line up since it was very noticeably crooked, she said no and ignored what I said and rushed me out of there. She was very rude and unprofessional. Not sure how she got a license to cut hair but my 4 year old could have done a better job at cutting his own hair.

We have been coming here for years! Always respectful and great customer service! My kids and I love their results every time! Rebecca and the rest of the team are hard workers and pleasant people!

I asked for a long bob. The lady wanted to do "wispys" for bangs. I told her twice I didn't want that and she still did it. She did the opposite of what i asked for. I got short in the front and long in the back!? I paid $25 which sounds like a bargain, and still feel like I got a ripoff . My husband has gone here many times and let me tell you, we won't be coming back. In addition, they skipped over me for almost three people until I finally said something. They associate with people who speak Spanish and the rest of the population comes second. At first I wanted to complain to get my hair fixed (which should be at no charge, considering) but we will NEVER go back to this salon. They have lost our business. Unless you speak Spanish this salon is a waste of your time, don't trust them.
