Benjamin is a talented barber. Update 7/2025: Benjamin is my guy, he’s so easy to schedule with and he is very good. I’ve taken my son and he’s my regular barber. You can’t go wrong with Benjamin.

Benjamin is a master of his craft! A beautifully done scissor cut is an art form and he just has the touch! He truly cares about all of his customers and after your first cut, you can even save his number so the next time you can just send him a text! A world of difference from the barbers that just run buzzers all over your head for 30 minutes straight just to find out they took off too much! Absolute class!

Benjamin did a great job with my skin fade haircut and he was very welcoming and kind. He pointed out where my previous barber made a mistake on the back of my head where the cowlick is and explained how that was a common mistake where they don't cut it short enough. My cowlick always sticks up so it's nice to know that he has that attention to detail that some others lack.

Now, after four haircuts with him, I can confidently say I’ve found my go-to barber. Benjamin takes the time to listen carefully to what you want. I personally go for a scissor cut, and I have been thoroughly impressed with the results every single time. If you value a barber who genuinely cares about his clients, I highly recommend Benjamin.

Needed a new barber and a lot of research brought me to Benjamin at this small, old-school barbershop on Thomas. I not only received a fantastic haircut but had a fabulous time. Benjamin is the most customer focused barber I’ve ever seen. He’s been here 8 years from Manhattan, and brought with him a clear passion of making people happy with their hair. He took the time to understand what I wanted then made it happen with laser focus. His posters help anyone who is stuck for ideas, and if you’re really brave you can ask him for a #25. He will listen carefully to how you want your haircut then he will take a step by step approach, and make sure that you’re happy. Benjamin was one of the most meticulous barbers who I've ever had. He clearly cared about my haircut as much as I did. He took his time to understand what was important to me. Then he took his time doing an excellent job. He scissor cut more than most barbers and left me looking like a million bucks. He's an interesting guy too and it was nice to chat with him while he worked. What more would you ask for?
