Went in on friday to get a fresh cut and what i got was a bad experience. Went in to the shop and immediately a guy who doesnt speak english gets up. I asked not to have him due to a language barrier gap and previously having him and not doing a good job. The lady said no he will cut your and ill translate. So I give him a try. Not only did he change the shape of my whole head hair he put another hard line in now I have two hard lines with an inch gap and and one side longer than the other because he decided to shave my temporal hair line more to match what he was doing. When I called the next the same lady answered and when I explained what happened she said the barber has a right to put the hard part where ever he wants. So I asked her can I put multiple hard lines on your head. She said no. Then why is it okay for the barber to do it? Such bad customer and barber service. I will never go back there. At least a refund would be good versus looking like a chopped bad haircut.

Been waiting here on the walk in side and 2 people who walked in after me were called up before I was and one of the people barely walked in 5 mins before while I had been waiting. I was fine with waiting till I noticed this. Really pissed me off, we all dont have all the time in the world

No matter who has cut my hair at this location they always leave me feeling more confident and cleaner than ever. Couldn't ask for a better barber in the Glendale area. My hair grows far too fast and far too thick to mess around with other places. Happy to have found them. Walk ins welcome and welcoming environment EVERY time. Great place for kids cuts too, very patient and offer kids cut specials depending on the day of the week!

Happy customers. Called 30 min prior and walked right in to put both my kids in chairs. Both Ms. Isabelle Mr. Angel were both patient with my boys and very careful as neither of my kids have had many hair cuts. Both barbers asked what I wanted and delivered. Went to Fresh Cuttz and the environment was so clean and inviting ! The barbers are amazing ! I went with jimmy for the first time and he had such a professional personality it was all laughs and welcoming . His work is definitely one of the best I’ve seen and have experienced.While I was in his chair I saw the barber Kat give an amazing hair cut as well but she was also doing a facial ! That man looked so relaxed ! If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve gotten it myself! I can definitely see myself going back ! This Barber shop doesn’t just look good it has an amazing staff that does an amazing job! definitely recommend!

Total $42.40 + See picture. $35 buzz cut. $2 fee debit card $37+ minimum tip %20 $42.40 + Why! I didn’t get a razor fade or a beard trim! Nothing but the sides buzzed! I only got the sides trimmed/buzzed not the top at all. No scissors! No razor! Nothing but the sides buzzed! This barber thinks it’s a salon! I usually tip $10 returning to the same barber and I tip $20 first time going to a new barber so they remember me. I never seen $37 to buzz the sides before. So I pressed the %20 button on their computer payment system. Total $42.40+ why? Hide your wallet from the crook’s at FreshCuttz! P.S I did my side burns at home before going to FreshCuttz. So there is no confusion. I hate when a barber does my side burns wrong so I do it before going.

I have come to this barber shop a few times when I'm in Phoenix and it has been the best one from other ones that I've tried around Phoenix. Nate usually cuts my hair and he has done a great job, is just not Nate because I've seen other customers leaving satisfied from other barbers that work here. Sometimes is packed and can take time to get a haircut but is worth the wait
