The barbers at this location are terrible with customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I’ve been here about 5 times and the few times I’ve been here, they’ll have me waiting for about 45 minutes to an hr for a haircut. I understand there can be a line sometimes, but I’ve noticed other barbers in the back of the break-room who can stand up to help out for those who are walk-ins and aren’t waiting for specific barbers. For them to behave that way towards the customers is pretty childish. To finish it off the over pricing on the haircuts is ridiculous. Give me a break.😡

New place for me. They did an excellent haircut with very little wait time, they shave the back of your neck, [ I must have this done, lots of places dont] and trim the eye brows if you ask. I'll definitely be coming back here. Ask for Armando but I'm sure all the barbers who work here are good. The total cost included a tip..

My wife & I walked in & started to wait in line. My wife recently had surgery on her wrist, so she needed help using the restroom, so I accompanied her into the restroom. Upon exiting, we made our way back into the waiting area, while enroute the barber told us in a very rude tone "Hey there's only one person allowed in the restroom!" We looked at the guy like damn ok.. my wife needs assistance, what the hell you expect us doing in there?? I think they just racist against us, being an interracial couple. I'm a Native American & my wife is Black. Not going back there ever, I recommend Baron Dandy's on Central & Roeser or Aggies on Southern & 7th Ave by the boys & girls club.

I am writing this as the wife of a senior gentleman. David gave him the best haircut and closest shave he's had in many years! He took his time and has amazing h/c skill. Also, there were 3 people working and I am sad I didn't get all their names because they are each worthy of mention. My husband needed help getting out of the chair and to the car and they were so gracious. What a blessing. You guys are awesome. We will be back soon and often!

I don’t want to be rude in anyway but this barbershop is one of the worst barber shop in phoenix arizona i’ve have givin them so many chances and i’m DONE, The lady that cut my hair didn’t even line my hair correctly.. I asked for a Mid Skin Fade WITH half an inch on top my hair was at least 5-7 inches long she didn’t even fade it correctly at this point they’re just hiring anyone

Update: This place seems past it's prime or they are struggling. The last two people who have cut my hair here are clearly not barbers. Two visits ago one of the barbers was actually coming over and showing the lady cutting my hair what to do. Today a different lady was cutting my hair with no comb or finger on my hair - Just scissors in the air. The best thing to do here is to find someone who can cut hair and wait in line for them. Just letting the next person cut your hair is a recipe for issues. Nice place, staff is friendly and I always get a good cut (sometimes shorter than I want though). I come on Saturdays and there is always plenty of staff on duty. On the times the wait is long I just grab some food and return.

This place is a decent place to get your haircut. Like all, there are good barbers and there are some bad barbers. Some of the barbers are very well at what they do; you just need to let them know what they want. For time, the wait is a bit long. But, it’s only because the barbers take their time for each individual customer and as well with you. On the other hand, they do close very early (about 30-40 minutes early) which is the only looked-down upon feature of this barber shop. I personally never had a ton of problems with this barber shop. But there’s some good days and some bad days. This establishment is good enough for a 3.5 stars.

I went in after not having been here for about a year. My hair was pretty long as the last time I had my hair cut was back in March 2020 and my current barber is no longer cutting hair, so I needed to go somewhere that opens early so I could go about my day. I had my hair cut by Junior and he did an amazing job. Real happy with the results and now I have a new barber.

Worst barber in town. Messed up my sons hair. When I told the barber he seemed to think the cut was fine (see pic of barbers finished product). When I came in my son had his hair on top long enough for a bun. Dont waste your time or money. The barbers name was Junior.
