I have very short hair that I am growing back but I like to get lined up and I was not disappointed. These gentlemen are professional, kind, and care about why you came in. I left with full confidence in my neck looking correct. Additionally, got my brows done and I was not let down with the threading service. Hands down, the best barber or stylist I have been to since I was 24 in San Diego. Love this place - men and women, it’s a great experience.

Best shop I've been to in my entire 11 years in AZ. Friendly, respectful, and very great service. The best barber (imo) is the first one when you walk in which is the owner. He is very detailed and amazing at his craft 💪

If i could give more stars I would. My first time coming to a barber after moving here and walked in and was greeted by everyone in there. Off the jump, already made it seem like a super relaxed environment. Being able to joke and laugh while getting a haircut with barbers who give you exactly what you're wanting doesnt happen often but this place has got it down. Definitely will keep going back. 10/10

Great experience, we brought out son to get his hair done tonight. The last time we went to another barber shop and he was disappointed. We decided to try this place because of the reviews and they weren't lying. Clean, friendly and are masters at what they do. My son actually smiled when he was done because he was able to achieve the cut and fade he wanted. Will definitely be back!!!!

I won't be coming back. I've had my haircut here about 10 times or so. Sometimes they'll take their time and cut your hair how you ask, other times you're forced to wear a hat for three weeks because it's an uneven butcher job. The last time I got my haircut their Saad almost left me bald in spots and I just wanted a simple fade with a trim on top. This wasn't the first time this happened at Cactus Barber shop, but it is the last time it will happen to me.

Saad is awesome! I've gotten haircuts from him a few times now and he always does a superb job. Even gave me tips on how to maintain my hairline and info regarding hair care procedures. He's been nothing but friendly, funny, and excellent at what he does.

There is no question, this place knows how to cut FADES, TAPERS, and anything else west side Phoenix has to offer! I swear, I never want to take this place for granted! The shop is so clean! And the aesthetic is always beautiful! But most of all I’ve never met a better group of guys who can cut some hair!!! The price is very very affordable, I will never go to another barber shop in Phoenix hands down!!

This barbershop is very clean and well kept, which makes the whole experience comfortable. The barbers are not only skilled but also very friendly and welcoming. They take their time to listen to what you want and make sure you leave satisfied with your haircut. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for both quality and great service.

The first time I went to this Barber Shop I was a bit worried that they wouldn't be able to have my child sit still for a long time but I have been coming to this barber for over a year now Sam and the other barbers are very professional very clean and always with a good positive energy with a smile. They understand what kind of style, they are very patient and Sam is always so great with my child he is his best buddy. 👌 Walk-in is always welcomed ☺️ I highly recommend this Barber Shop. Sam is my go-to person when it comes to children very family-oriented and kindness is what you get from all the Barbers. Thank you for always being great 😊
