I came in expecting a clean, professional cut and left looking like a complete joke. The barber didn’t listen for one second, pushed the fade way too high, left the sides sloppy as hell, and the whole thing felt rushed and careless. Honestly, it’s wild how unprofessional this place is — looking at the reviews, it’s obvious this is just how they operate. I was about to head to Cali with plans and trust me, this cut ruined it. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you wanna look busted for your trip or important events. Pay the extra cash somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing, because this shop clearly doesn’t give a damn.

went in all asked for a simple low fade dude on the new side with neck tattoos completely messed me up it was like it was his first time cutting or something pushed me back and everything now i have to wait for this to grow back

Worse customer service ever!!! They tell you someone will come get you and after like an hr, nothing but yet ppl that walk in after me are being called up in front of my face. Like if I’m invisible. I’m a paying customer too…. Very unorganized…

Take my kids here. Super fast service. It’s nice to see they’ve expanded. Usually get sat right away and just about all barbers do a great job.

I wanted to get my kids a haircut, I called to check on prices and hours, since they did not answer the phone I decided to pull up. The barbershop was closed at 6:20 when the info on Google maps and their own door says they close at 7:30, they even claim to be available after hours but whe I got there with my kids the girl inside the barbershop told us they were closed. They should update their business hours to help us not to drive all the way there to find out they are closed.

Had my son's hair done here twice now and BOTH TIMES WERE EXCELLENT..!! Great Barbershop with multiple chairs so waits aren't very long at all.. Very nice pricing.. CASH ONLY.. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND BE GOIN BACK 🙌🏾💯😁 ----------UPDATE 8/2023---------- 😆🙌🏾💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 SAME GREAT SPOT NOW WITH MORE CHAIRS, MORE BARBERS & STILL THE SAME GREAT SERVICE!! My spot when I’m trying get my hair cut. It’s a convenient location, plenty of staff and even if there’s a long line, you still don’t have to wait long definitely worth waiting for. I like guero but Moises cut my hair for the first time and he did a amazing job. I received many compliments on my hair cut. I recommend you stop by there’s a sign up sheet!

On of the few shops in Phoenix that does it all and all the barbers are good too. I always go with X he’s been my barber for a while now and never disappoints. Hands down best barbershop in Phoenix!

place recommended by a good friend and definately worth the trip. my 7year old is quite picky with his hair and the smile at the end of the haircut was good enough for me!! the barber was really good to listen to what my son wanted and the cut is just clean. the place is spacious and the waiting area us very comfortable.
