Top of the top best, Phenomenal hospitality and thoroughness, hot rags, pampered basically lol definitely come here, no doubt about it, I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS , but I had too. Been here a while back; was my local barbershop, moved away, was sad, came back and went straight here.

Every visit to Ortiz Barber Shop is a great experience. From the moment I walk in, I always feel genuinely welcomed. Love this place my kids have been getting their hair cuts here since they were a year old, I drive all the way from Maricopa and it’s worth it. Family owned business and all are friendly and kind :)

Absolutely the most infuriating, incompetent excuse for a haircut I’ve ever had to suffer through. If you’re even considering stepping foot in this place—don’t. Unless you’re into getting sliced open mid-haircut and having aftershave dumped directly into the wound like some sick form of torture. The barber straight-up gashed me with a razor and didn’t even flinch—no warning, no apology, no acknowledgment. Just kept going like it was totally normal to make someone bleed on the chair. I showed a crystal-clear reference photo—should’ve been idiot-proof. But apparently, that was still asking too much. What I ended up with wasn’t just wrong—it was a total disaster. I wasted over an hour getting butchered, both stylistically and literally. There are a dozen better barbers within a few blocks—hell, a blindfolded toddler with scissors would’ve done a better job. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this joke of a place.

Easily the worst haircut experience of my life. If you’re thinking about coming here—don’t. Unless you’re into bleeding during your haircut and getting aftershave poured straight into the cut like some kind of punishment. The barber nicked me with the razor, didn’t say a word, and just kept going like nothing happened. No apology, no concern—just vibes, I guess. I showed a clear photo of the style I wanted, but apparently that was too much to ask. What I got looked nothing like it. I spent over an hour in the chair for a haircut that was not only wrong but also physically painful. There are plenty of other barber shops nearby—literally any of them would be a better choice. Save your time, your skin, and your sanity.

Joshua was excellent, felt like I got the royal treatment for a very fair price compared to the other shops that don’t even wash their clippers. Very clean and enjoyed the experience, plus I look really good for my trip and my girl can’t stop touching my hair.

Great cut ✂️ 👌. This shop does great work for men and their sons. I recommend 100% . They also open at 8am!
