These gentlemen are special people. They love their craft and treat every customer as if they've been coming into the shop for years. I feel very welcome and at home the way they speak to myself and my sons who also get groomed and cuts here. I confidently recommend you give these brothers a try if you've never been here.

When I first started going to Payans, I was referred by a friend and was kind of hesitant on the thought of having to let a new barber cut my hair. I met Oskar and let me start with he’s an awesome dude in and outside of the shop. He sits you down and asks what you want and what your end goal is during a hair growth journey so he knows how to start training your hair. During every cut he keeps conversation and always remembers what you talked about during the last visit. Very personal and professional! After going to Oskar a few times I started getting very comfortable with allowing him to cut my hair and his shop. Now almost 5 years later I’m still impressed with Oskar’s craft every time I step out of his chair. He’s never let me down since the beginning and I’m always recommending him to friends and family so they can get a cut as clean as mine. Keep up the good work Oskar!

Excellent customer service, If you're looking for a Barber, to cut your hair the way you want it Payan Styles Is where it's at. I personally go with Oskar Because he is a perfectionist, It is a guarantee Every haircut will be crisp and clean. They are appointment based and it just makes it that much more convenient, No wait time! I have lived in Mesa all my life and Payan Styles is the best barber shop in the city!

I’ve been going to Oskar for 2 years and he is hands down the barber you want to cut your hair. I searched everywhere for someone who could do what this man does every session. He loves what he does and his consistency is outmatched. I can confidently say that he is who should be cutting your hair.

The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Tyrone can hold a great conversation while providing a wonderful haircut. They also have many styles to choose from. Great place to go for a haircut.

Oskar is by far the best barber I have ever had. If you are super picky about your hair this is the place to go. People fly from other states just to get haircuts from Oskar. Top tier conversation and experience every time and absolutely worth the money!

4:30pm on a Saturday. Hours say it closes at 6pm. Waited half an hour waiting to see someone inside. Tried to book online, no availability for any barber. Sign is on saying they are open but door is locked and floor is dirty with hair. Honestly wanted to find my permanent barber shop but I wouldn't suggest coming here looking for service since it wasn't even here to begin with. I'll have to try again some other day or find another place.

Went here the other day for the first time and the staff was a joy to be around. Oscar took the liberty of cutting my hair. He was funny, kind, and very good at what he does. I wasn't sure what to do with my hair but I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he provided me with an amazing haircut. He was very experienced and took his time get it perfect. The other staff Tyrone was a joy to be around as well. He is a free spirit and was fun to talk to when it came to sports. Compared to other barbers, they charge $40-50 a visit but from what I saw, they were charging $20 plus tip. This place is definitely cool and chill. I will be coming back again and I highly recommend this place for others to visit as well.
