I'm really not one to put a review but this one was really bad I and my daughter went I went before through the years but it just got worse every time I asked for a mid-fade got a tapper the sides didn't match can clearly see it was not even blended my daughter got layers and bangs cut it was cricket and too high messed my daughter up for picture day there was no line there or anything and they rush for no reason sorry but absolutely terrible Jessica "Do Not GO"!!! save your money there is a reason I cut my own hair now seems I should be licenced seeing these cuts

I just relocated to Arizona , and was desperately needed a new hairstylist since I hadn’t done anything to my hair since the Pandemic . I am a cosmetologist myself so , I am super picky , finally I asked my cousin ( liked her highlights) and she told me about Ilusión Salon - Brenda - .. My hair was literally a color correction, Brenda did a superb job !!!!!!!! She explained from start to finish what the process was going to take and … did she delivered! My hair looks AMAZING!!!!! I feel so much better, gotten so many compliments already and I just had it done this am. I would recommend Ilusión Salon / girls don’t be confused by the barber 💈 sign they do amazing work for us girls 😉 !!! The other stylist were really good too , Profesional Punctual Above and beyond customer service . Today I became I client for life !

Been going to Brenda for about 15yrs all my kids love getting their hair cuts here. They cut the way you want it cut. We recommend this shop to everyone

All of the ladies over there are good except one old lady that does whatever she thinks will look good instead of doing what you told her. She's messed up my hair twice now and makes me not want to come back.

Worst spot to go to if u dont speak Spanish lol even speaking it they dont understand regular haircuts. Called for appointment and they took my info yet when walking in no one knew anything. Plus they have no real barbers, they got the illusion part down not real hair cut just illusions lol

Sorry by the inconvenience, I already spoke to the Barbers to find out what happened, first of all they knew about the appointment, (you wanted braids) but they weren’t able to proceed because your hair wasn’t long enough , they even doubt anybody will be able to meet your expectations,<br>Language wasn’t an issue.<br>Real Barbers? Some of them have 20 years experience.<br>We strive to keep our costumers happy, but you have to keep in mind your limitations, sorry , but we did’nt find why you wrote this bad review,

Writing this review to warn others NOT to come here. I’m a first and last time customer. I read the reviews before coming here and expected to have a great experience but instead had the complete opposite. I came in asking for a simple cut and got a horrible rookie hair cut. The lady who cut my hair was in her 40-50s and didnt speak a word of English. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted and she cut it a completely different way. I don’t know what she was thinking. If she didnt know how to cut hair I wish she would've spoke up before giving me an embarrassing hair cut. If you don’t care about your appearance then this is the place for you.

Really good prices for my toddler boys haircuts. The girls that attend to them have always been sweet and pretty fast. Would recommend.

I love this business I'm used to one place since I arrived in Arizona and the girls are nice, kind and when I'm in a hurry I go out with my haircut in less than 20 minutes they are really fast and detailed
