It was the worst haircut I ever received! Uneven cuts! Left a bad hair ridge. She did not fade or blend in. I went to the Mesa Barber school to have them correct and fix the haircut. ONLY $10.00 @ the school!! They did a great job

My husband and my soon to be three year old had their haircuts. The gentleman that cut my son's haircut was so gentle and kind, will be coming back.

Great hair cuts by barber! Coming in for about 3 years! He does a great job! Appointments for fades. $16 cash only

Didn't inform us it was cash only. Got upset when asked them to move fade higher. Did a terrible job on son's hair. Update: your response just deepens how inept your business is. Son was too embarrassed to say anything. Went to great clips after and they were shocked how bad it was. Every other barber I've been to makes you feel like family. Your place made me feel terrible.

My son is a sweet young man and came to me cause he didn't like the cut. You are a sorry excuse of a person for not refunding him or even fixing the chunk you left in the front of his face. Don't forget i got pictures and state board will see everything. Absolutely do not get your hair cut here. They completely buzzed my son's head refused to talk to me or refund my son his money for his botched cut. And when I asked the threatened me with calling the cops and locked us outside of the store. Horrible customer service and nasty foul mouthed woman working there!!! Just read their nasty responses to their bad reviews. I reported them to the state board which I family that works for the state board. Anyone one can report them if they would like. I not only reported them for what they did to me and my son I also took screen shots of what they said the reviewers and sent them everything.

I've been a customer for about 2 and a half years. I get a haircut, beard trim and a shave for a very reasonable price. I've never had to wait more than about 5 minutes to get in a chair. I'm a satisfied customer and that's why I don't go to any of the other half dozen shops in my area.
