It’s disappointing to see the decline of Joe’s Barber Shop. This used to be my go-to spot because of Joe’s dedication, but the new atmosphere is unprofessional and lazy. The lack of work ethic is staggering—being declined a haircut while employees literally stand around joking with each other is the height of bad service. The passion is gone, and so is my patronage. Avoid this place if you actually want a haircut.

Hercules was amazing! Patient, effective and took the time to truly listen. Asked clarifying questions and checked in my kiddo during cut. Absolutely amazing!! Thank you!!!

This is crazy. I felt like if I would have really looked in the mirror I would’ve said something’s I shouldn’t. I’d never go back. How can you mess a shaving and lining up. My head is on fire. Took him 5 min. I’m not one to complain but come on. My whole head on fire. And to charge me 50 with a straight face is wild. First seat when you walk in from the front.

It was absolutely amazing! My son went in to get his hair cut! Sam did an great job! There were very nice people Jeremiah was great also! Great atmosphere

I visited Joe’s Barbershop this morning ahead of an important interview in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. • I was repeatedly bumped with the clippers. • I was cut multiple times during the process. • The haircut itself was far below standard. This isn’t meant to put Joe on blast, but rather to offer some personal feedback: If you’re still recovering from a great Sunday, maybe take Monday off. Your customers shouldn’t have to pay the price for a rough start to your week. Thankfully, Angel at Sports & Cuts was available and truly saved the day. He didn’t criticize the previous cut—just asked me to take a seat and got to work. He adjusted and fixed the mistakes left behind with professionalism and care. Angel was so kind he didn’t even want to charge me, but it wasn’t about the money—it was about walking out with confidence, knowing I looked sharp for my interview. That’s what real professionalism looks like. 💈 If you want your haircut done right by someone who knows their craft and treats you with respect, go see Angel at Sports & Cuts. Highly recommended.

It was great. First time here and my son went from long hair to a tapered cut. Barber was easygoing and patient. My son loves his new haircut. Shop was very neat and clean. Will return. Thanks!

Staff were nice but barber didn't follow haircut or picture shown and explained. Just paid $27 for my son to have a complex and wear hats and beanies. Refusing to go to school without a hoodie. 🤦‍♀️My son is very upset and self conscious now and he couldn't have been more clear about how he wanted his hair to fade on the sides and the guy just shaved a 1 all the way up and the top is like 2-3 inches long so it's just bald then hair... almost like a Mohawk without the back part. Quite disappointing and upsetting. Attached pics to show no fade into the long part. Going back to chandler for cuts I guess.
