Maricruz in station 3 is an excellent barber! professional, detail oriented and consistent every time. she really listens and makes sure you leave happy with your cut. Highly recommend!!

This place is disgusting. I just went in for a haircut and they did not seem to care that the place had hair everywhere. On the seats, the floor. I can’t imagine what the hair clippers would have on them. I couldn’t stay. I had to walk out before I got my hair done. Not to mention the odor. When I asked them about the cleanliness, I was met with a stare. No words. No explanation. Just a stare. This place is not a good barbershop. 🤮

Horrible! Took my son for his first haircut. The guy was shown the picture of what I wanted and told me he could do it. He immediately started going in with the trimmers. Didn’t part his hair up or anything. My boyfriend intervened and asked him what he was doing. We had to tell this guy what to do!! He was finished in 5 min! This place is the rejects of Great Clips. Overpriced for poor quality. **Update*** Owner wants to dismiss the concerns with quality and only focus on price. Listen, I would have paid $50 if it meant my sons’ haircut looked like the photo. I was the one that left a $1, but that’s because I always tip. The fact that it was $1 was simply because your barber sucks.

As mentioned to Kenneth, it seems like your budget was the main concern when he came in to ask about pricing when we honored a lower price for what should have been higher for a long hair haircut. He left a $1 tip which suggested he still wanted to tip but we understand everyone's budgets are different. We have prices listed if it feels too overpriced you are welcome to go to Great clips. Any concerns can be brought bring up the during the service. Thank you

Came in at closing and the Barber fit my grandson in. The Barber took time and gave a great haircut. He was personable, friendly and fast. The haircut was well worth the price. Thank you for making this a special experience.

I had a horrible experience from beginning to end when I first walked in every single one of the workers was sitting down didn't really say anything I'm like is there any availability. Just even the small consult the employee was clearly not paying attention to the type of haircut I wanted or style this is clearly some overpriced Great clips my haircut was Worth 5 dollars and when I went back in to ask to get a small adjustment they looked at me like I just spoke another language. I 100 would not recommend this establishment.

Hi Frank, thanks for sharing your feedback. I want to share our side of the story to clear up any confusion. When you first visited, you did not ask to be helped the barber who was available offered to help you and asked if you were ready. After your haircut, you were able to check the mirror and told the barber that your haircut was fine. Later, when you came back for a change the barber did help yu. The other barbers were looking at you when you trued to aggressively move the barber chair and couldn't get it to move around. Our barber did their best to listen to your concerns and even asked if you were okay but it seemed like you were upset because you just got up and left. We truly care about about everyone'e experience and always aim to help. I understand things didn't feel right for you during your visit. If you'd like to talk about it further, we're here to listen. Great service! Very understanding and helpful! my brother is very annoying but the barber that took care of him helped him and even told us the haircut was a fade and not a taper fade I think his name was Elijah so thank you! very cheerful and energetic guy made us feel like we were in and out in a flash! Definitely will be coming back!

I called before I decided on going to this barber to make sure that they did walk-ins since I've never been to a barber before today, and I was informed, as a matter of fact, that they only take walk-ins! Not only that, but this place seems to be LGBTQ+ friendly which was my biggest concern! I walked in and was greeted by the staff, shown a seat, and was introduced to Elijah (I believe that's what his name was, I have a hard time hearing and got a little too anxious to ask what is name was again. He was a younger gentleman that looked to be around my age). Anyway, Elijah was phenomenal! he was so nice and he assured me, that as a trans man, I was more than welcome in the establishment, and he got to work on the haircut I desired. Now, my hair was a little longer when I arrived, so I was charged a little bit more than they usually would, and I thought that was completely fine and even asked for a line-up! At the end of it all, I walked out with a haircut that I'm pretty happy with and the confidence that I can go back to LG's knowing that they are comfortable working with someone like me. Overall I had a great experience at LG's Barber Shop and look forward to going in again in the future!

my son got his first haircut by carmen she was so patient with him and took her time and very understanding i will be coming back !!! they even give u a cute certificate and the hair for memories!!
