I’ve taken my sons here for haircuts three times now, and overall the results have been passable—but the experience has been consistently frustrating. The first visit, I had a scheduled appointment and the barber (Tyler) simply didn’t show up. Another barber had to step in, which pushed the appointment back. While it was handled, it was an early red flag. Most recently, I booked an appointment with Raul for both of my sons specifically for Christmas haircuts before we leave out of town. Our schedule is extremely busy, which is exactly why we make appointments. The original appointment was for 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. He later told me he wouldn’t be in until around 9:30–9:40 and asked if that would work. I wasn’t thrilled, but I agreed. Then, at 3:39 a.m. the morning of the appointment, I received a text asking if I could move the appointment to 2:00 p.m. because he had a rough night. While I appreciate the communication, the repeated lack of consideration for a customer’s time—especially when providing a scheduled service—is unacceptable. Appointments are made for a reason, and repeatedly changing them at the last minute shows a lack of professionalism. I’m disappointed and frustrated to have my time handled this way, but in hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the red flags early on, including the unreliable scheduling system. Unfortunately, this seems less like an isolated issue and more like part of the culture at this shop. For anyone looking for a consistently professional experience, I’d recommend Mr. Fresh Barber Shop around the corner.

Hands down the best in the business! Haircuts, atmosphere, and attention to customer are top priorities at Supreme barbershop. These gentleman do not know how to disappoint. I’d recommend them to anyone who likes to look their very best! Freshen up at Supreme barbershop!

Clean shop great staff. Everyone gets along in their. Jokes and funny trash talk in a barber shop is what everyone looks for and good vibes. Lonzo is my barber. The cut was clean and quick.

IF YOU DONT HAVE A APPOINTMENT DONT BOTHER WALKING IN!! Men that act like kids rolling there eyes saying they don’t have time to cut hair put a sign outside that says no walkins !! Scandalous barbers

Awesome barbershop been going to this shop since they opened. Best in the west, good vibes, i strongly recommend booking an appointment, there always filling up quick.

It’s so disappointing that we have tried this place not once but 3 times and the first time we got charged $40.00 for my 12 year olds haircut and then the manager had us go back the second time to make a better impression since we were charged the wrong price but my husband brought my son in today and ended up getting the guy that cut my sons hair the first time again and we were charged $40.00 again when it clearly states $25.00 for a child’s haircut. Very dishonest and makes me wonder how many people he does this to.

Took my almost 2 year old in for his first haircut and George did an amazing job he was so patient while my son got used to the environment. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and seemed like all the barbers are good at taking their time.

Don’t book this barber: Bryan Castañon. I was already on my way to our 10:00 am appointment and he rescheduled it to 25 minutes after our original time. I wait in my car and go inside at 10:30 guess who’s not there? He finally shows up at 11:15 No apology, no explanation, no respect for his clients time. No way I was going to let him touch my hair after that. The manager or owner needs to know what type of barbers are representing his company. I would not tolerate this in my own business. I scheduled my whole day around this, complete waste of time. Another guy ended up cutting me and he did a decent job so the shop itself might be decent but this dude guaranteed that I would never go there again. I would also recommend that you look elsewhere, if you value your time.
