Love this place but the last haircut was just awful she shows up late and gives me the worst cut I've ever received...Will return but not to her

This place is WONDERFUL!! I bring my 3 grandsons. Two are autistic. They have learned what works with them and I truly appreciate it. The prices are fair and they are most friendly. Thank you Paisano Barber.

My Dad, roommate and I have all gotten repeated haircuts and Everytime they are amazing they are definitely on the affordable end but make no mistake quality is really good. Fernanda I believe has cut my hair three times and she does an amazing job every time.

The best Barber Shop in Gilbert. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is great. The staff is friendly and great . The price is great and the wait isn’t long. Just make sure to call and make an appointment. Each Barber is great at what they do and they don’t rush their cuts and make sure it’s done right. So if you haven’t already. Go check them out.

I recently stopped going here, mainly because they can never keep their staff consistent. There is always a new person who's there for a week or two and then suddenly gone. It's hard to stick with the same barber when they're never the same. The owner Augustine is a nice guy but he sits there and stares at you while you're getting your hair cut, it's weird! I recall a time when a barber mentioned something about a customers scalp and really embarrassed them in front of the the whole room. Not professional!! Needless to say, we won't be going back here. At least the place is clean! I'm seeing the family post reviews about there own place. Keep that in mind when choosing your barber.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Paisano barbershop! Mireya completely saved my haircut after a less-than-stellar job from another barber. Mireya's skill and attention to detail transformed my look, making me feel confident again. Her friendly demeanor made the experience even better. I can't recommend her enough—10/10! If you're looking for a great haircut, look no further! The place is also very welcoming and everyone there is respectful and kind.

I was with Chris for almost 2 years but they recently had a falling out and I didn’t like the way they handled it. They refused to give me his contact info or where he was setting up shop, but the last time a barber left they had no issue telling me what happened. As far as service goes I feel that their haircuts are inconsistent and not good at times. Also, the one time I brought my little brother for a haircut with me the owner charged full price adult cuts for both of us. I didn’t notice it until after I looked at the statement.

I wanted to reach out and provide some clarity revolving around our previous employee Chris, and the situation and the reasons that led to our decision to separate it from our business.<br>I believe Chris deserves his right to privacy, which is why I am unable to share the specifics surrounding his separation on this platform of media, however I would be glad to share them in a proper private setting. This also goes with the sharing of his personal contact information, he did not provide us authorization to disclose his information to clients should they ask.<br>I would like to point out, it was not a lighthearted situation at all. In reality; with any business there are policies and regulations that need to be meet in order to maintain employment, and if they are not meet then the employee is terminated or they choose to separate. As owner of this barbershop it is my responsibility to maintain an adequate working environment and for our clients (men, young people, children and women accompanying them) a business in which they feel comfortable and safe.<br>In addressing your concerns regarding the quality of our services and cuts not being consistent, I want to assure you that we take great pride in providing top quality care in all the services we provide. We are able to achieve this level of care because of our incredible barbers and their commitment to following the standards set by our business. This is the only way to explain why we have remained in the market for more than ten years.<br>In relation to prices, I want to remind you that on July 1st we informed all our customers of some small adjustments being made to our prices. I do regret you had not yet realized this change had occurred as you have visited our location a handful of times since then. However, it should be noted that even with this small price adjustment we continue to be the most affordable barbershop in the area. We maintain this affordability in thanks to the support that our customers has always given us.<br>Again, I greatly appreciate your time and interest in our business and the years you sponsored us.
