I’ve been coming to Nico’s for a while now, and the quality is always on point. Every visit feels the same - in the best way possible. I’ve had my hair cut by Manny, Danaya, and Jess (who I now stick with regularly), and every one of them has been awesome. The whole team is super friendly, really listens to what you want, and genuinely wants you walking out looking fresh and confident. Great vibes, great cuts - can’t recommend Nico’s enough!

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to get my haircut. From the minute I walked in I had people looking at me whispering to each other. I had one individual asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes I have one at 2:30. I have a text message from this store. Then I have a young lady asked me what my name is. I told her my name she told me oh yeah this this barber will be with you in a few minutes and then four minutes before my appointment time she asked me again what’s your name? I told her she can’t find me in the system. I showed her the text message from the Company stating my appointment time was 330 Mountain standard time. In Arizona right now we’re on Pacific time which means 330 mountain standard time is 230 Arizona time. She could not find my appointment. I canceled my appointment and walked out. I will never go back to that facility. They need to learn how to treat their customers a lot better

I was just in town for a quick visit to see family. I didn’t have an appointment, but only had a short wait. Got a great hair cut and neck shave and hot towel service, from a friendly barber. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve been here three times for a haircut and we’ve been very happy with the results. Our issue is that they use plug-in air fresheners. Having debilitating MCS, I just can’t afford to get sick every time I bring my kids here, because management thinks they need the place to stink like flowers & berries. I’m assuming that people don’t realize that “all” synthetic fragrance is an endocrine disrupter, and every employee or customer in the vicinity is being terribly affected by this (whether they realize it or not). Many countries ban synthetic fragrance for this very reason. Now I’m headed straight back home so we can all shower and clear out our sinuses.

My grandson went here for a line up and cut, it was so uneven and no line up so my daughter took him back and even though it was their laziness they made us come back almost an hour later. These pics are after they “fixed” his cut. I will never let him go back here this is so sad how they let him walk out of there. They clearly let just anyone cut hair there. They should really be embarrassed.

After telling my barber multiple times before the haircut began, DO NOT CUT MY SIDEBURNS I’m going straight home and shaving. This is what I got, and they’re nowhere close to even on top of that!!! And honestly I’m not thrilled with the cut, first time he cut my hair it was great, told him to also not to touch the sideburns, and he did a little. No biggie, thought I would make it perfectly clear before he cut my hair again, which I did. Haircut was just the sides, taking nothing off the top, it’s not even right. Finding another barber to fix it.
