Somehow they never have availability but a chair is open each time I go..... In response to your reply ... I can appreciate a response.. However had I been advised to schedule I wouldve done so. What was said to me on Saturday was " you have an appt? (no) We're fully booked for today. You can try again tomorrow if you'd like. " I thanked him and said ok.... No scheduled appt is better or required was ever stated. There's no issue with being appt only, however I've never been in that situation before. Again thanks for you're reponse, but make sure you're SPECIFIC and advise people to make an appt if you're that busy all the time. Have a Great Day Love!!

Hi Monique,<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation to avoid any confusion. When you came in on Saturday requesting a haircut, we were fully booked for the day. A staff member asked to schedule you for Sunday, but the appointment was declined at that time.<br><br>When you returned on Sunday, we were again fully booked with scheduled appointments. While there may have appeared to be an open chair, that stylist was either finishing up, on a scheduled break, or waiting for their next booked client. We operate primarily by appointment (Although we do accept walk ins when available) to ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve.<br><br>We truly apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We would still be happy to schedule an appointment for you at a time that works best. Please feel free to call us directly so we can assist you.<br><br>Thank you for your understanding.

After four years of these guys cutting my hair, Gateway Barbershop keeps it consistent. Not only are they consistent on the quality Haircut they deliver, but they keep it consistent by always maintaining professional relationships with their clients. I’ll never switch barbershops these guys have my business for life Panda, Leo, Ozzy, Carlos and Will. I appreciate everything you guys do thank you so much.

Christoper had been cutting my hair for years. I moved to the east valley a long ways from where he was before. I’m excited to say he is over here in Gilbert now. East valley check him out he is awesome. His fades are slick and the shop is nice clean. The vibe is on point. Check them out.

Professional, friendly and talented barbers. I always call and they've always accommodated same day service. My boys are very particular about their haircuts and they always leave happy and content.

Best fade and haircut anywhere in AZ! Been going to Panda's shops for almost a decade. Him and his barbers are great and actually listen and take feedback and get it right every time if you communicate what you want. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a clean cut at a reasonable price. Make sure to make an appointment, or else you'll have to wait until someone is free, but they'll take care of you no matter what!!

This place is beyond great. I get my hair cut by Bradley and it's great every time. I've never had a cut before that I felt was great right when I left the shop but that's not the case here. They're welcoming and the place is a vibe. I definitely recommend coming in.

I’ve been going to get cuts from Carlos for quite some time following him to this location from his last, never had a bad hair cut, always great conversation and great energy. Carlos really acts like an owner and owns his craft, come show him love you won’t be disappointed. All the other guys are also cool, Carlos is just my guy haha, awesome barber shop over all.
